"Who puts broccoli on nachos?!?" This was the question my vegetarian friends kept asking. We ordered table side nachos with veggies. It's literally chips overloaded with veggies. But let me start with my 1st gripe about this place. In order to reserve a party over 10, you have to put down $150 credit charge. They replace this with a gift card when you get there. This obviously makes it difficult for families planning to split the bill. It also forces you to spend more. It's a great business model but sucky for anyone on a budget. Now we got a pitcher of strawberry sangria, which was relatively watered down since I started to feel a buzz on my 3rd glass. We got 2 regular tableside guacamole. 1 spicy for adults and 1 not spicy for the kids. They tasted EXACTLY the same. They make it tableside, which is cool. Luckily, we had some jalapeños from the nachos to spice it up. Knowing that the veggie includes broccoli, the others asked for quesidillas with only red & green pepper and onion. When it came to the table, it was made correctly but with barely any cheese! The enchilada santacruz is a deconstructed tortilla on the side and chicken breast on the other side. This dish was a decent spice level. We also got the enchilada suizas with chicken. This was also pretty good except for the one bite where I got a piece of bone. It's the same sauce base as the santacruz, so it definitely lacked uniqueness. They also couldn't even make it vegetarian with beans and cheese, which was odd. The children quesidilla and mozzarella sticks were fine. Now the server was nice but nowhere to be found most of the time! It's likely because they include the service charge on the bill. Luckily, the other staff have walky talkies to contact contact him.We also got the brownie and ice cream dessert x 3. Why they didn't bring enough spoons to share is beyond me. Since it was a birthday, we did the whole fanfare. BEWARE, they offer no free dessert and also charge you for the candle! They take pictures at the table side but will charge you $20 for the framed picture. The only reason they are getting a 2 star is for the ambiance. They have carousel horses outside and a bull riding area. They also make their menus out of real leather. They also have a guy selling flowers and a table side mariachi band if you are into that.

Poor service then demanded a 20% mandatory gratuity. Not worth your time. Glad to hear Rochelle Park plans to knock this place down for "redevelopment "! Can't happen soon enough.

Wow what a place.. it takes you back in time with cow boys & everything related to them in display across that huge place. The details they have gone through to design that place is commendable. Even the furniture fells like brought back from 1970s..now let's talk about the real thing.. food.. Five of us went & ordered 9 to 10 unique items and every one of them turned out good. Don't miss the Gauc made fresh at the table & so.me house drinks. Lastly the desert, wow wow they were one of the best..

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. The food was terrible and the service was too. We were a total of 9 and not one of us enjoyed the food . The male waiter had an attitude and seemed to get annoyed when we asked him about different items on the menu. He didn’t even bring us water which is standard. I order a Moscow mule and it tasted like pure lime , they changed it for me to a frozen margarita. The “large” guacamole was $27 and was not even really large . The salsa for the chips taste like tomato sauce so we ask for a spicy salsa and they gave us what seemed to me chili de árbol. So basically they have no regular salsa just bland tomato sauce or extremely spicy chili de árbol . Nothing in between .My friends ordered horchata and they all said it was watered down. After we ordered the waiter only came back to give us the check. I guess since gratuity is included they don’t care about service . For $350 tab I would expect at least something to taste good but it was all disgusting.

I recently dined at El Asadero Mexican Grill Rochelle Park with my daughter. The ambiance was great, and the food definitely lived up to our expectations. From the hostess, to the waiter and even manager would like to personally thank (David, Jocelyn, Pamela, and Leandro) for making us feel like you are part of their family and so welcomed. They made our experience delightful. From answering all our questions, to caring about our needs and wants. Extremely helpful, kind, friendly and attentive. We tried the house recommendations, and if you visit the restaurant, you should too. This is a must-try if you are looking for a nice place for dinner, entertainment, laughs all around, amazing service and awesome spectacle food I would definitely recommend coming here. You would not at all be disappointed. I have never ever left a review especially for a restaurant and I have to say with the experience I had in this place I just had to make sure everyone even the restaurant itself knew how amazing they are. Will definitely be back again very soon.

Very bad attitude, only because we did not buy what Mr. Jose recommended to us.This is my second time at the restaurant and I have had the same experience with the waiters, when you don't order what they recommend the attitude changes immediately, I hope that the next time I return the same thing won't happen.Very good food, congratulations to the chef.

My recent visit here left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. Despite eagerly anticipating a pleasant dining experience with my cousin I have not seen in 2 years, we left so angry. We got there at 6:45 and were told to leave at 8:45 for being there too long. We ordered appetizers, she ordered a large margarita, I ordered a virgin one because I am pregnant, 2 (ok) dinners and desert. I guess because we were not pounding back drinks they weren’t happy. It’s not like they even had customer waiting to have to kick us out the way they did. I will NEVER return here!
