This place is disgusting and filthy. They’re not following health department regulations. I ate that yesterday got sick with diarrhea and throwing up all night.

I use to like this location until about two weeks ago. I saw a staff member grab a handful of bacon from where the grill is. She then walked out the store i guess her shift was over. As the staff was making my sandwich. I saw a child in the back it appears someone brought there child to work. The person behind the counter made my sandwich as I was waiting for it to be completed the child walk up and touch my sandwich. I told her immediately I'm not eating that. She remade my sandwich over immediately. Cooperate needs to address the behavior asap and review there cameras.

They closed the grill at 8:40 pm. We were at 8:42pm. The website says they close at 9pm. Fix your time to 8:40pm. They didn’t have whole wheat bread and the lady was rushing us. It felt they didn’t like any customer that walked in. I am not coming back. Horrible experience!

Unbelievably rude and condescending staff. Came here for a sandwich today. i often get my lunch here. the lady incorrectly made the sandwich. i corrected her. she gave me an attitude. the manager steppes in to correct me the customer. All I wanted was the sandwich to be made accurately. Never had such a rude experience when the customer was told that the mistake was not the one making it. I dont need a condescending review reply. It was a remarkably poor exprience. Never go back.

I went in, and asked for two sandwiches and a bowl. When i got on line the first thing I asked was "can i get the sandwich's for free" and the lady said " yes." So i ordered two sandwiches and a bowl. Then I get to the board and the lady says I only asked for one sandwich. I get to the register and try to use my points, and the guy tells me "i'm not able to because it's a bowl". i was fine with that, but the last sandwich i ordered was given to the person behind me. not to mention they were laughing and joking the whole time. The situation was handled very unprofessionally.
I went in to my favorite jersey mikes and after a heartfelt experience, a young girl doing her best with a manager by the name of Joshua completely rude to this nice girl made me sick. She was making a few sandwiches and when she got to me he stole her top piece of the bread and when she said where did my bread go he complained that she should make one sandwich at a time which she was trying to do. He embarrassed the girl and she took it on the chin. Joshua is rude and does not need to work there.

The manager here is rude and arrogant. I asked to warm my meat and he said he couldn't due to cross contamination.Fine! Ask him to warm my bread he said they don't do that. Looked over while my sandwich was getting prepared and there was bread being warmed on the grill. Someone asks him how his day is going he tells them pretty good I didn't have to fire anyone yet, ask me again at 6 o'clock. Mind you he has a new staff member there right beside him. Mr.Manager if you hate your job then just say that! Would not be going back again.

I referred everyone to this place cause it was always so clean & great service, sad to say I will not visit this place again...now I know the phrase "you dont know what happens to food behind doors" but when you see it in person it is gross...I was on line waiting my turn, I see 1 of the employees who makes sandwiches take a rag & start cleaning the whole counter, then as "they" cleaning, "they" are straightening the tomatoes with same hand the rag was on & then I see the rag actually touch the other side of the tomatoes & lettuces, not once but bout 3xs, Im in shock like "is this for real" then "they" refilled the lettuce with the same hand the rag was on & didnt even take off the glove!! I told "them" what I witness & how gross that was & walked out.
