The cook does most things fine. Breakfast is always very good. But today I ordered rice pudding and the rice was hard and the pudding was very bland. Not everyone knows how to make good rice pudding. You cannot cook rice in milk. Rice needs to be cooked in water. They should just serve Kozy Shack rice pudding.
The food is always good, and the service is always fantastic. The waiter talked me in to purchasing the prime rib, which was surprisingly good. Their tiramisu is one of my favorites. Highly recommend.
Service was nice and quick. Almost to quick though. We weren't done with our appetizer and our meal was brought out. Food was a bit tasteless. Prices are fair and portions of food is nice as well. As for cleaning and following the covid guild lines I don't think it's done well. The table over from us when the family left, the spot that still had the utensils that were sitting there unused with the place mat they didn't remove it and clean the table correctly...
