My experience here was excellent. The staff member Fin provided me with very warm and welcoming service, and I stayed to do work in the ambient cafe for a few hours. I definitely will be coming back to this Starbucks often in the future!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing! The coffee I got today was basically just milk with no real coffee taste. On top of that, the size was like half of what I paid for. Not worth the price at all. This isn’t the first time it’s happened — I really hope they improve their quality!

The drink was not bad. However I am going to start leaving bad reviews whenever I get a Lavender matcha with no lavender in it. Please make it look like the picture.

Drink was terrible and this is my usual order for the past 5yrs. I asked to have it remade and It was even more bitter and nasty than the first one. I think the young girls working thought it was comical actually. Not to mention I asked to use my points on the drink because I knew they were expiring. It wasn’t until I asked to just refund me that I realized she never even applied my points she charged my starbucks card instead. I always have to stop coming here when they hire new ppl that can’t make drinks correctly. It’s always a hit or miss here.

They poured my cold brew out of another cup that had been sitting on the counter (probably for awhile) and not out of the tap. It tased burnt, and stale. Never going back and wish I could take back my tip

Guys please fix your cold brew making process. It should not have a very bitter aftertaste and I often have to go another location right after to buy the same drink again. VCCB
I work at a Starbucks and I can't believe I'm even writing a review...But I had gone through the drive thru for hot water and a hot chocolate, and a pastry item. The baristas were extremely rude. She never made a connection nor looked in my direction. Unfortunately I did ask for a pastry item and for it to be warmed when I pulled up...whoever was at window looked extremely annoyed. She handed me the pastry item and it wasn't warm. I asked for it to be warm please, she snatches it out of my hands... as for the hot chocolate I'm staring at the ticket and nobody's making my drink.Then another barista comes up to me with some else's order ?. And tells me I owe 5.60! Not the first time I've been treated this way here. Yikes. Get together girls I'm not here to ruin your day ♡

The worst literary watch the barista start my drink started then started doing other drink kool. She looked back saw that it was still there and didn’t touch it until I told her I’ve been waiting for that drink. Added more ice now my coffee taste like nothing no flavor and I paid extra for shots and taste like nothing. What’s the point of ordering at 8:00 to get your drink (cuz I got my food by 8:11)to get your drink at 8:24.
