I’ve never had a bad sandwich from this place. The owner and his daughter are both very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend the American chicken sandwich.

Everything we've had here has been great. They increased all the prices lately so it can be a bit on the expensive side depending what you get but overall great quality. I would suggest calling ahead to order otherwise it takes a bit since they are usually very busy.

I ordered a hot roast beef with just gravy ,salt and pepper I got a cold roast beef with mayonnaise on it which I’m allergic. Sorry never going back

Oh my God, the yelp reviews about Ted's deli in Rochelle Park are so fake!!! Ever since they were bought out years ago, the food is awful & the prices are so much more expensive than the original teds. $8 egg sandwich come on. The owner was rude to me when I asked a question. I mean, they're not doing me a favour, I'm paying them to do a job & people should get what they pay for! The only thing that stayed the same are the French fries!! the bread is stale half the time then all depending on who makes the sandwich you either get meat or you don't! The old Teds had gluten-free wrap options, this deli does not.. The tuna & egg salads are always dry! unfortunately, I have never had a good experience there, I rather go out of my way & go someplace else or drive to the other teds in Paramus..

Zero stars for catering service. An order for 12 people was more like an order for 5. A bagel and pastry platter for 12 had 8 bagels, 3 muffins and 5 danishes. A breakfast buffet for 12 which included bacon & sausage had 10 pieces of bacon and 7 paper thin sliced sausage. Very disappointing because we love their sandwiches but will never order catering from Ted's ever again!!!!

This place is getting 1 Star & 1 star ONLY BECAUSE of the lady who picked up the phone and decided to lack customer service etiquette. I placed an order for delivery to my job through a 3rd party delivery service in which states they deliver to. I notice an hour and a half passes and my food has still not arrived. I call the deli & inquire about my order. Her first initial response was “yeah i was going to cancel this order because we do not deliver this far especially on a friday since i only have 1 driver”. I repeat, again, i have ordered from them MULTIPLE times including on weekends & have never had to call to ask for the status of my delivery. I did let her know that i would be writing a review on this interaction & she just hung the phone up. Here is a tip from someone whos been in customer service for almost 10 years : “Hi i do wanted to apologize for the inconvenience I am aware of the lateness of the driver, he is on his way. I do want to let you know that we do not usually deliver this far on fridays due to our limited staff” ITS THAT SIMPLE TO BE NICE TO SOMEONE.I have no complaints about the food what so ever , staff does need to be coached and trained on how to speak to people.
A sausage egg and cheese with the smallest amount of sausage they can manage to get away with. Didn’t taste the sausage at all. Sandwich just tasted like bread and salt. They charged me a dollar for 1 slice of a tomato. 8.59 for a breakfast sandwich and a water is ridiculous. Especially in this economy. I will never eat here again.

Generous portions and solid quality but not the greatest taste or customer service at times.Edit: A puzzling response from the owner who says "nothing is cheap" and cites "high expenses" when I said nothing about price. My comment opens with two pros and recognizes quality, but based on the reply, you can see the "best customer service" for yourself.

The food is pretty decent but they are totally over priced I paid $12 for sandwiches and a drink and there were only 2 items on the sandwich good food horrible prices.

Very rude and arrogant management. The prices are charged at will. The prices are listed on the big board, but then inflated prices are printed on paper flyers. Big difference in what is advertised on board and what you actually pay. When questioned, they smugly say that they cannot change the prices on the board every day. Surely, they can change flyers every day! $3.50+tax for an average tasting bagel /w cream cheese is ridiculous. The price on the board is $2.50. They got the last of my business.

Place shuts their grill off TWO HOURS BEFORE CLOSING! What other deli does this!?! Oh yeah. This one. And I didn't see a sign or anything in the front alerting me ahead of time of this ridiculous policy.
