Lady named Maggie thought it upset her so much she thought I was saying key many times and not saying please. She was very rude and the manager was right there. I was so confused afterthis. Even my dad was stunned at the rudeness.

Arriving at Dunkin' Donuts a bit early on a weekday at 5:15 a.m., my first impression was mixed. I noticed that only half of the Dunkin' Donuts sign was lit up, but the open sign was illuminated. Curious, I checked the hours of operation and discovered they officially open at 6:00 a.m. Being from out of town, this seemed a bit unusual to me, but I reminded myself it was a weekday.However, at 6:10 a.m., I had to return to this Dunkin' Donuts because the other nearby location that claimed to be open at 5:30 a.m. was completely wrong. It was a bit unsettling there, as the lights were still off at 5:52 a.m., and I decided to leave. Thankfully, when I came back to this Dunkin' Donuts, they were open and ready for business.Once inside, I encountered friendly staff and experienced quick service. The people working there were pleasant, and my order was promptly taken care of. Despite the initial confusion and the detour, I appreciated the efficient and accommodating service provided by the staff at this Dunkin' Donuts location.

I had placed a special order for my child's birthday party, requesting a dozen donuts with purple frosting, which I was charged extra for. To my utter dismay, the store completely failed to deliver on this simple request, providing donuts with green frosting instead. Not only was this an eyesore, but it also clashed with the overall theme of the party.When I reached out to rectify the situation, their response was both unprofessional and unsatisfactory. Instead of offering a refund for the botched custom order, they attempted to appease me with an additional dozen donuts, which were of no use to me at that point. This was a clear indication that they did not value my patronage or care about the negative impact their mistake had on the birthday celebration.I would strongly advise against relying on this Dunkin' Donuts location for any specialty orders or expecting a pleasant customer experience. Their failure to deliver on a simple custom order, coupled with their unwillingness to provide a refund, has left me with a sour taste in my mouth. There are plenty of other establishments that value their customers and prioritize providing quality products and services - I suggest seeking them out instead.
