I placed an order for employee appreciation at workThe owner was attentive, easy to communicate with, and clearly takes pride in his establishment.We had a budget, and many special requests in regards to packaging, delivery, and variety of food. Not only was every request met, but the food showed up in warming boxes, with more sides than expected, and exactly on time. Everyone loved the food, and the excitement of the employees upon hearing we were having chicken and sides instead of our more usual fare made a long and busy Sunday much more enjoyable. I will personally be a regular customer moving forward and I have no doubt many of my employees who had not yet heard of The Chicken Factory will as well. As a side note, the macaroni salad is phenomenal. I'm so incredibly pleased that we got so much of it.

I usually like the food here. Went today for lunch just one woman working. She did not have mask on properly and she was handling the money and food at the same time. Did not wash or wear gloves. Owner please instruct your employees and maybe will try again.

Went on Facebook recommendation, was very disappointed. Chicken with small, dried/ put, not crispy, chewy, was more like jerky than fried chicken and did not get the amount of breasts I was supposed to get they gave me thighs instead. Would not go back!

The Chicken is delicious. Not too crazy about the gravy on the potatoes but that can be left off. Very friendly staff. Will order again.

I orderd online it didn't go through, so I called the young girl told me they don't deliver. Plus I heard the chicken was very dry.
