Do not eat here! I literally saw them drop their tongs used to get nuggets on the ground and just continue to use them without washing. Staff members there are good except a couple snotty teenagers. Managers are incompetent and treat workers poorly. For your own sake just go to Wendy’s or McDonalds instead…

I was so disappointed because at early morning if this location serves breakfast they need to put people who can communicate well in English and because I had hard time to explain my order to the server who doesn’t understand English well I end up taking an order that was not as desired, please consider this as job requirement. The staff at the Succassunna BK was always courteous and the food was always great. However, in late 2024, this location or franchisee decided to discontinue the Impossible Whopper, which is the whole reason we go to BK. We used to go to this BK whenever we passed by. Now, we always go to the Hackettstown location, since they decided to keep the Impossible Whopper.
The one star for the food isn't for the quality, but for the lack of having the one burger we always order.

I try to go to the drive thru. The sign says "DUO" includes the Bacon Double Cheese. Tonight I wanted 2 Double Cheeses and French Fries 2 of each. I said like give me a Double Cheese and a Frenchfry duo. The guy at the window refuses to honor the deal and its also on the website combo of any etc etc. I would have took 2 Whopper Jr and 2 French fry. The guy at the window has done this before and I leave there and I dont order anything because they dont know how to accomodate a hungry customer at night who wants to spend $10 on a deal etc. Low marks because I have been "duo" disappointed the last 2 times I tried to get food at the window at night.

Food and service was average nothing stellar. I was a bit disappointed. I got the fried pickle burger but there were no fried pickles. When I went to talk to an employee about it they stated they ran out. I wish they removed the option to choose that item. The onion rings were average and so were the fried potato balls.

This Burger King in Roxbury is good, but they need a slight improvement in service. I ordered Double Whopper with Onion Rings, and it was good as usual. Besides regular stuff, their Hershey's Sundae Pie is amazing. It is almost as good as Edward's Chocolate Pie available in the market.
