THESE PEOPLE ATE MY KING 67 TUNG TUNG VON PET!!! As a local school teacher at Byram Intermediate, I brought my tortious named King Von into the Burger King for a delicious meal. He escaped into the kitchen where he was transformed into SCP Wish I Knew and put in the limited edition SpongeBob meal. 0/10 - Rip King dih

I went to BK after 6 years of not visiting. My granddaughter wanted the SpongeBob meal. Visited the second day it came out. Paid for the meal. The guy said all is in the box. Came home no tots and no pie. Just the SpongeBob burger in the box and the frozen drink. I already drove home and call the restaurant. Line wasn't even ringing, had a busy signal. So I paid almost $14 for a square whopper, a frozen drink and a cardboard box with SpongeBob designs. What a disappointment. Went the next day with my receipt, talked to a guy and he said there is nothing we can do about it. Ibused to love BK and over the years is had been going downhill. This was thru the drive thru. My spongebob whopper was freshly made at least. The drink was good. At least pay attention to the order ro make sure all is in there. I would say I should had opened the box knowing how in the past similar situations happened with missing items in order. Or even if you ran out of something say it and substitute with regular cheesy tots or fries and then a Hershey pie for the berry pie. The kicker is that it wasn't even busy plus was the 2nd day after the promotion came out. I can't comment on cleanliness inside. It will probably be another 6+ years before I visit another BK.

No way back into parking lot after going thru drive thru so if they forget your order you either have to get on route 10 and go all the way around or drive on the wrong side to get a parking spot to go in and get your missing items. Cheesy tots were already cold when I got them

Okay went through the drive-thru and ordered lunch for me and a friend so I can't comment on the atmosphere I will say the person working the drive-thru very nice and the food very tasty otherwise not much more can I say

Clean restaurant, for the most part. Definitely my choice for BK restaurants in the area.
Do not eat at this Burger King they will screw your order up then they will give you a replacement and screw it up again very rude place .go somewhere else
The employees are so shameless that they don't even greet you. When you eat inside, they stare at you so harshly that they want you to eat and leave immediately. I look at the cash register and see their manager bringing money from behind, he touches the money and goes to put potatoes with those hands. This is ridiculous. I think it's a shame. It's a behavior that doesn't suit this place at all.
