Food and service was average nothing stellar. I was a bit disappointed. I got the fried pickle burger but there were no fried pickles. When I went to talk to an employee about it they stated they ran out. I wish they removed the option to choose that item. The onion rings were average and so were the fried potato balls.
This Burger King in Roxbury is good, but they need a slight improvement in service. I ordered Double Whopper with Onion Rings, and it was good as usual. Besides regular stuff, their Hershey's Sundae Pie is amazing. It is almost as good as Edward's Chocolate Pie available in the market.
$5 meal deal is outstanding. Just the right amount of food for one person. Impossible burger is tasty as are onion rings. Friendly staff. Receipt is unreadable because of low ink in printer so I can’t give them customer feedback. The deals against their survey are not as good as McDonald’s where you get a sandwich free when you buy one. At BK you have to buy fries and drink for about $5 to get a sandwich free
