Very rude. They tried to cancel my order of 6 pizzas I ordered online 45 min after I ordered and said they weren't taking orders even tho they were still open for another 4 hours. After I told him that waiting 12 hrs for my refund was unacceptable the rude guy at counter said "fine we'll make your order" pizza was slapped together and not really even cut. Worst attitude about having to do your job i have ever experienced. If 0 stars for service was possible that's what they would get.

Called and once they picked up, I told them that I couldn’t order online because it said we were out of their area. However the lady on the home said we were ok. Placed the order, got charged, was waiting for the food, 1 hour later food wasn’t here. Now I know why they have a below 3 star rating

Giving two stars because the workers deserve some credit here. My word to the manager who clearly has no idea how to manage, maybe close your delivery service if you cannot get food to a location within at least an hour. ( 2 hours, no food, thought it went to wrong location and drove to store myself, with four hungry kids at home) Should probably close completely if you can only have 2 staff members manning the store. I heard you telling the counter associate to clock you out while you were assumingly heading home, a real manager stays late when her team is in trouble. Maybe go back to being an associate if that's your work ethic. Think my delivery driver should be manager, he was unbelievably sweet on the phone. Re-think the management Dominoes. Lost a customer tn.

The manager said I must be blind because she personally packed these and they aren’t burnt ! Then would not provide her name and hung up! No worries I contacted corp! Don’t order from this dominos they have horrible customer service ! And horrible food !

I order my pizza online on November 17,2024. After the order got a call saying they do not have requested toppings so I cancel the order and requested refund. Suppose to get a refund in a week. Made more than 10 calls and keep getting running around. Today is December 6,2024 still no refund. Can’t get in touch with manager Nagga Pogh This is so frustrating.

This was a shockingly bad experience and I will never dine here again.

We ordered two pies, some wings and chicken Alfredo to go. When I arrived at the restaurant the staff was goofing around and blasting YouTube videos and didn’t even acknowledge me for a few minutes. Once I received my food I noticed a box was missing. I asked about it and was told “oh yeah we ran out of pasta” and nothing else. They weren’t even gonna mention to me that it was gone if I hadn’t noticed. I had to ask about how I’d be refunded or what could be done and I was told that could all be done through corporate. I wish they had called me to let me know it was out but I understand that things happen so I said okay and left.

Once we got the food home it was an absolute disaster. Both pizzas were burnt and insanely dry and the wings had maybe a teaspoon of sauce on them. We didn’t want the food so I called to see if I could bring it back for a refund or new food. I was told once again that I had to reach out to corporate and they couldn’t do anything.

The next day I reached out to corporate through the chat system. I never heard back for days so I ended up making a post on the dominos Reddit to ask if I was doing something wrong. They ended up telling me that it’s never done through corporate and has to be done through the store itself. Which tells me that the staff lied to me to get me to stop calling since they couldn’t be asked to help me. I called the store and told the manager about it and was told there was nothing he could do and I had to wait till Friday (nearly a week away) to speak to the gm.

This was easily the worst part of the whole thing. I called on Friday and reached the GM or who had to have been the rudest and most unprofessional manager I’ve ever spoken to. I told him that I wanted a refund for the food because it was all burnt and one item was missing. He then told me that “bad food isn’t a valid reason for a refund” and that he could only refund the missing pasta. I told him that was ridiculous and he began straight up arguing with me and being rude. At one point he even said that I shouldn’t have listened to his staff about going to corporate because “they don’t know what they’re talking about”. Eventually he said okay I’m putting the whole refund through and hung up on me while I was mid sentence.

Long story short I don’t recommend ever coming here. I wanted until I received the refund to write this review because I was worried they’d revert it. That should tell you all you need to know about this location.

I will never order from Dominos again. This location in particular should just close up. I ordered one of the local coupon specials on the app. It was for 2 pies and a 2 liter of soda. After waiting for delivery what felt like an eternity, the app indicated my food was already delivered. I waited another 10 minutes thinking the driver must have been around the corner but still no food. I call the store and they tell me he will be there soon. 50 more minutes go by before the food arrives! I think they have a timer and they disabled it to make it look like they delivered it on time or something. Why else would the app say delivered on it? I would have picked it up had I known it would have been nearly 2 hours! At this point I can't believe I tipped so well IN ADVANCE! The driver gives me my pizza and no 2 liter of soda. When I ask he says they have no soda and the manager will credit my card back. Why didn't they bother to tell me when i had them on the phone? I never got a credit. I called repeatedly unable to speak with any sort of management. I stopped by and was told to come back another day because the manager is only there once in a while. Who is in charge of this circus? I gave up trying to get my refund for the soda and decided to write this review instead.

I'm not one to write bad reviews, but wow. I recently moved to the area and wanted some simple quick pizza. I ordered 2 pizza's and opted to try the loaded tots with some dipping sauces. I've ordered multiple times in the past from the Kearny NJ location and it has alwasy been consistent, hot, cooked perfect and never once had an issue. This place on the other hand was a complete distaster. Of the 3 items I ordered I only received 2 pizzas. The delivery driver told me the truck didn't come so the 5 dipping sauces I ordered and the loaded tots weren't available. (At this point I thought to myself "why didnt anyone call?"). The driver then told me to call the store and they'll give it to my next time or something along those lines. (Uhhm?). It get's worse. The two pizzas I had were BURNT to a crisp (never experienced this before with a Domino's order) one has almost no sauce at all, maybe a few teaspoons near the middle and the other was missing one of three toppings. Absolutely shocked by whoever is running this location. Filed a compaint via the Domino's website on Sept 22nd and still waiting to hear something back. Avoid at all cost!

Very unprofessional rude staff I went to store to pick up my order only when it said its ready but When I went to the store it was not ready and there were 4 people working at that time nobody even acknowledged me there I literally had to as if anybody is gonna help me then they said your order is not ready yet like seriously? I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my order

Worst place ever in ledgewood NJ , screwed up are order 2 times said the next order is on us we called and they said we already gave you the last pie free. There a joke !!! Stay far away from that place pizza sucks!!!!

Ordered 2 sandwiches
Got 2 pizzas I don't like pizzas
I only order pizza when my grand daughters here so I called and I believe I got the manager he was rude and he hung up on me. I called back he said I hung up, when I said I didn't he said to throw away the pizzas and he would reimburse me for the pizzas and that never happened.
I like the sandwiches and wings but not the pizza.
