I wouldn't order delivery from here because they must not have enough people doing deliveries. Mind you I live 5 minutes away from the spot and multiple times it took them over an hour to get my pizza delivered, and it was cold. Probably from the driver having to go across multiple towns with multiple orders. I understand it happening once but I've lost count at this point how many times it's happened.

This Dominos is really bad. I've taken my chances with them multiple times and been burned each time not learning my lesson (though where I live, I don't got much to choose from, the next closest Dominos is even worse than this one, lol).
Usually the pizza feels not cooked enough. Super soft crust at times and just everything is bland.
Though my last order was the worst. I put together a pie where chicken was the main protein on top and obviously what I was looking forward to. I drive it home, open it up and low and behold, NO CHICKEN. Terrific. So now it's like, do I call them up to complain and they tell me to drive back 20 minutes to pick up a fixed one and 20 minutes back home or just leave it? I DON'T WANT TO BE PUT IN THOSE SITUATIONS. GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. YOU HAVE ONE JOB TO DO.
So yeah. This location sucks, the next closest being Budd Lake is worst. Man oh man do I miss the Dover location when I used to live around there. That one was Dominos King as far as I'm concerned. Within the areas of Hackettstown to Dover, all Dominos in between are terrible with Dover being incredible. I don't think I've had 1 bad order from them in dozens and dozens that I had.

pizza was a little cold but did come quickly. but it did not taste great.. the sauce was quite sour and needed to be reduced longer. the vegetables were chopped horribly, there were huge bulky chunks all over. they were stingy with the cheese and there was too much sauce. crust was seasoned well and delicious. however it did not hold up all the toppings well.
the atmosphere was terrible. constant noises disrupting our meal, bells, phone calls and alarms. employees were kind and had great service!

Ordered a pizza from Domino’s and was really disappointed. The crust was pale and doughy, cheese barely melted, and the whole thing felt rushed and undercooked. I expect hot, fully baked pizza—not something that feels half-done. Definitely not the quality you’d expect from a major chain. Won’t be ordering again unless quality improves.

The manager is terrible (what a jerk) and overcharged us twice the amount for the pizza online. Then, the manager hung up the phone and we went there in person and he still didn't refund the money and we had to pay again! Unbelievable, this place really went down hill over the years! Needless to say, we won't be going to this Domino's anymore. I think they'll be losing a lot of customers because of all these bad reviews. Definitely needs new, better management!!

Ordered delivery 3 pizzas got 2
When I called I was informed they send third one immediately.
After an hour and a half I had to come in person to pick the third one. And I paid for delivery of course. Ridiculous service.

I ordered pasta, and an hour later when I went to pick it up, I was told they were out of pasta. They refused to substitute it with pizza unless I paid extra. Instead, they asked me to cancel the entire order and place a new one, which ended up costing almost twice as much since I couldn’t use any of the coupons I had applied originally
This pizzeria is a bunch of thieves. Today, April 12th, my daughter ordered an order, and the delivery man had left the place within an hour. An African American woman was serving at around 11:20 pm and started yelling at my husband instead of replacing the order they had never delivered . They still charged for it, they provide bad service. They are thieves. Be careful if you order from this pizzeria in Ledgewood , New Jersey.
Disappointed and disgusted the standards of these places, I ordered 2 pizzas with extra cheese on one and the other needed to have provolone and peppers, manager Jesus wanted to remake a pizza for me on a Friday night ridiculous; I got home my pizza was cold and I waited 10 minutes and I couldn't even get a refund back, I will never order from this place again they don't give any shits on the top of that manager never had the decency to talk to me it was girl and she kept repeating to me the same thing then hang up.

Very rude. They tried to cancel my order of 6 pizzas I ordered online 45 min after I ordered and said they weren't taking orders even tho they were still open for another 4 hours. After I told him that waiting 12 hrs for my refund was unacceptable the rude guy at counter said "fine we'll make your order" pizza was slapped together and not really even cut. Worst attitude about having to do your job i have ever experienced. If 0 stars for service was possible that's what they would get.

Called and once they picked up, I told them that I couldn’t order online because it said we were out of their area. However the lady on the home said we were ok. Placed the order, got charged, was waiting for the food, 1 hour later food wasn’t here. Now I know why they have a below 3 star rating
Giving two stars because the workers deserve some credit here. My word to the manager who clearly has no idea how to manage, maybe close your delivery service if you cannot get food to a location within at least an hour. ( 2 hours, no food, thought it went to wrong location and drove to store myself, with four hungry kids at home) Should probably close completely if you can only have 2 staff members manning the store. I heard you telling the counter associate to clock you out while you were assumingly heading home, a real manager stays late when her team is in trouble. Maybe go back to being an associate if that's your work ethic. Think my delivery driver should be manager, he was unbelievably sweet on the phone. Re-think the management Dominoes. Lost a customer tn.
The manager said I must be blind because she personally packed these and they aren’t burnt ! Then would not provide her name and hung up! No worries I contacted corp! Don’t order from this dominos they have horrible customer service ! And horrible food !

I order my pizza online on November 17,2024. After the order got a call saying they do not have requested toppings so I cancel the order and requested refund. Suppose to get a refund in a week. Made more than 10 calls and keep getting running around. Today is December 6,2024 still no refund. Can’t get in touch with manager Nagga Pogh This is so frustrating.
