The cashier and cook here was so busy over Memorial Day weekend. The phone was ringing off the hook while my daughter and I were in there waiting for our order. He got our order ready pretty quickly considering how overwhelmed they seemd to be with orders.
My daughters ordered pizzas, and there was some confusion with the order.I called in, expecting to be given a hard time with my complaint. What happened with the complete opposite? The GM Najee answer my call and was familiar with what had happened and without hesitation not only took care of my issues but went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. It was totally unexpected.Thank you Najee for your professionalism and good service.
The manager tonight was lovely and extremely helpful to me and my mom. I would name drop him because he deserves the credit, unfortunately I am not going to attempt to spell it and butcher it. 09/16 at 6:30pm. The pizza was great specially made for me after a bad day of work which he wasn’t even aware of and he deserves a raise for his kindness!
