It’s been two separate occasions where my mobile order doesn’t go through at this specific location and they always seem That it’s inconveniencing them instead of me. If the point of mobile ordering is for convenience then this location has failed. And to blame the customer instead of taking ownership is wild.

I rarely wriye reviews but will when feedback is I find it's necessary to praise the service and deliverables or shout out to express concerns. I looked forward to going at the same location here on weekend mornings to get "hot" coffee with expresso shot as I did this morning. We'll this will be my last time. The coffee I dranked that I dranked a few sips not only was warm as if it was reheated over, the expresso flavor was absent; same as my prior visit that my coffee was remade to include expresso not without as ordered. In addition the sips of my coffee and same as my sweethearts left a terrible after taste in our mouth. I poured almost a full cup and kept 3/4 of her coffee to consider having it tested for what would cause such an terrible after taste. As an owner that serves people of perishable goods and consumption of beverages, I would recommend that you oversee closely what your staff that is scheduled today, 12/22/24 to take corrective action as needed.In respect, as a local, Ioyaly your Dunkin Dounuts was my go to.

I have been contemplating leaving this review. I absolutely love this dunkin, and frequent here all the time. It’s a clean store, service is usually good and same with food and drinks. I am giving all 5 stars for everything, but there are issues that need to be addressed. Sometimes my drink is honestly terrible, and I hate to say that. It’s not often I get one that I feel that way. It truly depends on who makes it. From what I know about the owners standards of their business, they would not approve about some of the drinks I have been given. Another issue I have, a shift leader at your store, thought it was appropriate to yell at one of your employees, in front of a me, a customer! That in my eyes is completely unacceptable and truly bad for business. I am in no way saying that she should be yelling at her employees in private, it’s not right in the first place, but in front of a customer? The aggression and anger spewing from her mouth was truly disappointing to see. Please rethink who you have in charge.

Out of all the dunkin' donuts I've ever been to in northeast PA or Scranton PA or Philly PA. This Dunkin donuts is the best out of all you tell them what you want they give you what you need.

I asked for a hot vanilla chai. The lady took it down as cold and gave me a cold one. Later she said I lied and I asked for a cold.
The worst Dunkin I’ve Been to. They charged me $16 for 2 hashbrowns, one donut, and one $5.00 sandwich. How does this add up? The woman was so distracted and kept talking to my toddler. The donut was for my son, but when the woman handed me the bag her hands were literally covered in dirt. There’s no way I’ll be feeding this donut to my child. This place is disgusting and Dunkin’ Donuts should be ashamed for having them as an establishment with their name.
