Got an avocado toast that was extremely hard to bite into. I chipped a tooth and subsequently went to the dentist. I have no ideawhy was so rock hard. But staff is pleasant and nice always.

The place smelled. The toilets didn't flush. There was no toilet paper. Only 1 employee was working and quite slowly at that. 2 people ahead of us that only ordered 2 iced coffees. We left after 20 minutes of waiting for her to make their iced coffees and take our order. Franchise owner needs to work on this store and have sufficient staff working. In a dunkin of all places they have only 1 person on staff? Not cool. They need to treat their employees better.

If you get Dunkin everyday like me it’s not worth coming to this store. It’s $5.21 for a large iced coffee and Howard blvd in Mt. Arlington comes in at a solid $4.68. I don’t see how this place is more expensive than a store down the road but whatever.
I had to come here cuz my regular store is renovating so I’m out of luck for 2 weeks.
I think they are under staffed in this location too. They need more people. Lines are long and the wait is crazy.
FYI that pic of the store they have displaced on here IS NOT this location. You guys need to do better. I have the real pic which I will post now.

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER… this woman doesn’t even say good morning or thank you or nothing and you have to wait for like 15 minutes just for a donut

If you are thinking about swinging by this Dunkin Donuts for a quick donut, I suggest you mentally prepare yourself for a solid 10 minute wait just to get one or two. If you decide to throw in a coffee or any kind of food item, you could be looking at closer to 20 minutes or longer. This place has made me late to where I was going multiple times. The staff move at a pace that can only be described as “dramatic slow motion” and somehow still manage to be rude while doing it. Honestly, you would make better time if you sat down at a diner, ordered a full breakfast, chatted with the waitress, and then asked for the check.

I frequently stopped at this location but the customer service is appalling.

Curbside is an option on the app that the employees do not adhere to, if they cannot do this simple task then it should not be offered. I understand if they’re busy, but the store was empty today. The employees were standing around chatting.

Today I ordered curbside and again I had to go inside to get it. When I went inside and said something, the first employee apoligized and was kind. The second employee started speaking badly about me behind the counter thinking I wasn’t there. When I responded to her, she gave me a horrible attitude and was terribly rude. This is no way to treat paying customers and no way to manage a situation where YOU were in the wrong.
This location is in such a hot-spot on rt.10, DO BETTER.

Wanted to leave this review, this Dunkin has become my new favorite! My drink is always amazing. Tried the cookie butter coldbrew for the first time here and have been ordering it every day since. Also wanted to mention that Tina is a wonderful employee at your store, give that girl a raise!! She is always such a sweetheart and I love seeing her when I come in. Thanks guys!

There’s this short girl that works there with black hair with a really bad attitude, she clearly hates her job, I’ve gone twice and she’s been there, both times she looks miserable like she doesn’t wanna be bothered. I asked her a question and she just gives this awful attitude, she also made my iced coffee too dark it tasted terrible. Please hire people who are actually friendly and like their job.
