I ordered the chicken alfredo with lentil pasta while my son ordered the steak tacos and I will say it was amazing. I chased it down with a chocolate banana protein shake. The gentleman there was very helpful in explaining the meal preps you can order and the prices were great. I highly recommend this place.

So delicious ! The food came out hot and you could tell it was fresh. I got the chicken stir fry and added shrimp and it was nothing short of amazing. Probably the best food I’ve had at a nutrition store. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming back .

The establishment is clean, the staff is very friendly, and most importantly, the food is good. I always stop by if I am not feeling well or just need something fresh to boost my system and it always does the trick. I recommend their strawberry fields salad and their shakes (so yummy) !!!!

We were pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem. There were so many great menu options. I ended up getting a chicken veggie wrap and my daughter got an açaí bowl. They were both very fresh and flavorful. If lived nearby, we’d be coming here all the time!
