I’ve been a customer for a few years. The food is consistently delicious and the cleanest thing you can find for take-out locally. If you don’t want to cook dinner my personal favorite is the turkey burger 10/10 amazing. Wraps, bowls, shakes(specifically the coco date) divine!

How did I not know about this place sooner? Great healthy smoothies and meal options. Great customer service too. The owner came over and spoke to me for a few minutes to Thank me for stopping in as he heard it was my first time here. I will be back and recommend anyone looking for healthy options stop in!

I ordered the chicken alfredo with lentil pasta while my son ordered the steak tacos and I will say it was amazing. I chased it down with a chocolate banana protein shake. The gentleman there was very helpful in explaining the meal preps you can order and the prices were great. I highly recommend this place.

So delicious ! The food came out hot and you could tell it was fresh. I got the chicken stir fry and added shrimp and it was nothing short of amazing. Probably the best food I’ve had at a nutrition store. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming back .

The establishment is clean, the staff is very friendly, and most importantly, the food is good. I always stop by if I am not feeling well or just need something fresh to boost my system and it always does the trick. I recommend their strawberry fields salad and their shakes (so yummy) !!!!
