Five Guys is probably the best Fast Food Hamburger joint. Diffently the freshest food. But it is not cheap i had a double cheeseburger, small fries, and regular drink. It was over $20.00. That doesn't bother me. What bothers me is they screwed up my order. How hard is it to screw up a hamburger order?? You're not doing physics. No working at this location spoke fluent English, no one.

This review is for this location only! Sadly this is one of the worst 5 guys I've been to. First off, the first gentleman who tried to take my order was very hard to understand. While I work in a similar industry and am used to understanding lots of broken English or other languages in some cases, this poor man should not have been working the register. Next, the burgers. My son's burger was a junior cheeseburger plain. Supposed to be just meat and cheese. Somehow his bun had mustard and ketchup on the edges. Upon further inspection, there were lines of both mustard and ketchup that were clearly removed from his bun. Like why? Luckily I told him it was from the meat and he ate it. Now the cheese. The cheese on my burger or my son's was NOT melted. This is a first, I mean just wrapping the burger in the foil usually melts the cheese. Not sure what happened here. Lastly the fries. They were hot, but a few of them were clearly undercooked. It seemed like just a few in each of our bags, but again, another first for me at any 5 guys. Lastly, all the staff I encountered just didn't seem as customer-focused as other 5 guys I've been too. Not sure what's up here, but not a great experience. 😞

Five guys is so hard up they just charged me 3.19 for some ice smh .... McDonald's Wendy's Burger King and other alllllll give ice for free but not five guys and they r already so expensive but charging me that much for some ice not even anything else just ice blows my mind I won't come here again

It's been years since I ate a Five Guys, and it didn't disappoint at all. The burger was really fresh and juicy with all the toppings I wanted on it. Always a fan that you can always grab some peanuts while you wait for your food to be cooked. Overall, I would come back again to this burger joint.
Fast service when the store is not busy topical wait time is usually between 5 to 7 mins prices are a bit pricey but worth the price. While waiting they offer free peanuts to customers. But if you’re allergic to peanuts wouldn’t recommend eating or touch. Milk shakes are a must try.
