They make great burgers. Service (or rather their policy) is not customer-centric. No substitutions for dietary needs. If you're looking for a burger with a healthy side instead of 1000 calories of French fries, be prepared to purchase that side and still pay for a mountain of fries you won't eat. Considering how good the burgers are, disappointing. As a result, I'll be eating here much less... Not out of spite, just because I don't like paying for food I won't eat, and equally dislike throwing the fries out.

A very great place to eat. Food is delicious. My original place was in East Brunswick, but they closed. Staff is always friendly. Travel 40mins to eat here. Rain.. snow just make it happen.

I will say I'm biased and love Fuddruckers a d stop at every one that I see. That said, this is one of the better fudds that I've been in. The burgers were cooked perfectly, the fries where crisp and the side bar was on point.

Disappointed with how a simple mistake was handled. We were a group of 16 celebrating a birthday and spent over $220. My wife accidentally got a bit of iced tea while trying to get water (shared the same spout). Instead of addressing it politely, the manager had an employee publicly take the cup and call her out in front of everyone. It was embarrassing and could have been handled with more respect. We won’t be returning.

The food is amazing, I love the option of bottomless fries. Incredible milkshakes, they give you the extra in the tin which I always appreciate. There’s an arcade too if you’re into that. Great service!

I ordered 1lb burger with a wheat bun. The bun was 2/3 the size of the burger. When i saw it i questioned the size and was told that's the wheat bun, as in THE wheat bun that i assume is used on all burger sizes. My son got a kids meal with a cookie as hard as a rock he refused to eat. Davids cookies are the best it is disrespectful to david himself to serve them stale.
Also great job keeping the old logo. We drove right past the one in parsippany because i couldn't recognize it. The modern logo is bland and lacks the classic charm how fuddruckers is marketed.

Still one of the OG ones left in Jersey! Game room for the kids, Salad bar (ask for tongs when you get your food) and amazing burgers! Love this spot and glad they haven't changed much, unlike the Parsippany one.
