I recently hosted a baby shower for my daughter and I was over joyed with the sheet cake Gian Carlo's Bakery made for us! I selected a white cake with the raspberry mousse filling, which was delicious. Not only was the fresh cake delicious, the decorating was superior and beautiful; while captured everything I wanted; we had them add a pair of fondant pink shoes (I provided via etsy) for the final touch! Thank you Gian Carlos Bakery for making our celebration sweet and delicious!

We went in this morning to pick up our sons First Birthday cake and asked if they could make us two gender reveal cupcakes while we stopped by. Not only did they do an amazing job with the cakes, Kelsey took such care and consideration in trying to figure out what the gender of our second baby was. Unfortunately, my app wasn’t working initially and she never turned us away. Thank you so much to Kelsey and the entire Bakery!!!

My daughter-in-law bought a lovely fruit tart (with kiwis, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and I think peaches too) for my birthday. It was looked very appealing, tasted delicious and had a very yummy chocolate-dipped cookie on top saying "Happy Birthday Mom" on it. The presentation, texture, freshness of ingredients and overall yumminess was all very good! I recommend this to anyone who likes Italian fruit tarts.

They have a great selection of Italian baked goods and pastries. Lots of chocolate items. I enjoyed an eclair and some mouses, my wife loved the chocolate lover's cake slice. Their Italian sub was meaty and delicious. Customer service was top notch, friendly and helpful.No place to sit and eat, definitely to-go orders only.Parking: Free parking lot in the plaza.
