The most disgusting 🤮greasy, nasty, raunchy California Cheese Steak Bowl I've ever seen. A complete waste of money! I couldn't even eat it due to it's gross appearance of a thrown together mess that was dripping grease out of the cheap cardboard container. Never again Ledgewood! I'll stick to the Budd Lake location where I can trust the food I order..

I’ve never written a review but I feel I had to because tonight I got back from the gym and wanted a normal sub. Ham and cheese about as easy as it can get but no. They made me feel like I was on a game show being very impatient, and when I unwrapped the sub it looked terrible, it’s completely crushed and the ham tasted out of the ordinary. The past few times we’ve been to this location the service hasn’t been the greatest but this is unreal. It’s ham and cheese, please do better

Came in 7 minutes before closing Christmas eve. I get it, its a holiday and everyone wants to home. So do I. I just needed something to eat after at 26 hours ordeal. Maybe actually close on the hour. Won't ever come back. This used to be my store.

Ordered a giant chicken steak sub and the sandwich was not good. Very little to no vegetables. Not sure why you ask when you are not going to put in the sandwich. The staff needs training. They don't greet and service is Poor.

This location always seems to skimp out on meat, cheese, toppings, etc. I'm sure it depends on which employees are making the sandwiches, I dont think I've ever gotten a good sandwich from this location!

Finally! I asked this Jersey Mike's this morning to put a massive amount of onions on my sandwich, to the point that they question their sanity, and they finally did it! I love a ton of onions on my sandwich and most Jersey Mike's don't understand the assignment. Shout out to this location for the first accurate order I've placed when it comes to the amount of onions lol

Went in with over half an hour left before they closed and they refused to serve me anything off the grill. If you close at 9, serve me what's on your menu until 9. Clean when you are closed.

I am a big jersey Mike’s fan. I crave it all the time. The service was just fine and the sandwich was pretty good. Before I entered I kinda had a bad feeling about this location, but ignored it. Not sure what exactly in the sandwich it was but my boyfriend and I both had stomachaches after having this for dinner. My inkling, I think the meat and chicken may have not been properly cooked or refrigerated in this location as I have had JM at different locations and haven’t felt this before. I always order the same thing as well. I think they should check this out.

Jersey Mike's is so overrated. Not only are the subs absolutely nothing to write home about, but it's expensive. I have only been to one jersey Mike's before years ago so I wasn't sure what to get and I ordered a mini sub but I didn't know I had the option of different breads, my boyfriend ordered his and they asked what bread he wanted so I said that I wasn't given an option and could I have the parm rosemary bread, well....the manager or head guy basically yelled rudely at me that I had to tell them what bread I wanted , they don't ask, and because it holds up the line and he gestured rudely at the line behind us. That was just not necessary to get rude and obnoxious so I said sorry I don't come here often and it will certainly be the last. We ate in the restaurant and all the tables were dirty with food and or used napkins. Noone seems to care to clean the place. Get rid of that manager!
