Went in with over half an hour left before they closed and they refused to serve me anything off the grill. If you close at 9, serve me what's on your menu until 9. Clean when you are closed.

I am a big jersey Mike’s fan. I crave it all the time. The service was just fine and the sandwich was pretty good. Before I entered I kinda had a bad feeling about this location, but ignored it. Not sure what exactly in the sandwich it was but my boyfriend and I both had stomachaches after having this for dinner. My inkling, I think the meat and chicken may have not been properly cooked or refrigerated in this location as I have had JM at different locations and haven’t felt this before. I always order the same thing as well. I think they should check this out.

Jersey Mike's is so overrated. Not only are the subs absolutely nothing to write home about, but it's expensive. I have only been to one jersey Mike's before years ago so I wasn't sure what to get and I ordered a mini sub but I didn't know I had the option of different breads, my boyfriend ordered his and they asked what bread he wanted so I said that I wasn't given an option and could I have the parm rosemary bread, well....the manager or head guy basically yelled rudely at me that I had to tell them what bread I wanted , they don't ask, and because it holds up the line and he gestured rudely at the line behind us. That was just not necessary to get rude and obnoxious so I said sorry I don't come here often and it will certainly be the last. We ate in the restaurant and all the tables were dirty with food and or used napkins. Noone seems to care to clean the place. Get rid of that manager!

Hate leaving bad reviews but after numerous times getting ridiculously stale bread I felt it necessary. Everything else is great. But they need to teach the employees to not sell bread that's falling apart and hard as a rock

To the owner Jess manager was rude and yelling at me wen I paid for a 10 dollar sandwich with stale bread. Refused a refund or make a new one . I suggest you get more qualityed managers Argent rude refused to solve issue. This place is filthy with roaches.

I’ve never had a bad experience here in all the years I’ve been here. This is my favorite Jersey mikes location. I live near the rockaway one and drive here because the rockaway one has horrible service. They are so nice and accommodating here. The food is delicious and they are so generous. 10/10 location thank you!

The bread is very very stale. I’ve gone to other Jersey mikes before and their bread is much better. It’s as hard as rock and ruins the whole sandwich.

Terrible service. I didn’t see his name but the male employee with a beard who was first in line taking our orders for which bread you want was extremely rude. First to my sister after she asked a simple question to clarify something he had a sarcastic snarky response. Then, he yelled at me because I was confused. I’ve never been to Jersey Mikes so I didn’t know what the process was when going up to the counter. Such a bad attitude from that man to literally all the customers. Even the other employees were telling him to calm down. Horrible experience.
First time here. My bread on my italian sub did not seem fresh ordered the giant. Next day the bread was somewhat stale. The meats were good but u happy with the bread.

Just left because the lettuce is brown. All worker had to say when I asked did they not have any more lettuce was oh sorry. You should find it unacceptable to serve lettuce that has turned brown. I’m not eating somewhere where the food is starting to spoil.

Sandwiches here are skimpier then other Jersey Mikes for some reason. For the price go to Ledgewood Farms or Sandwiches Unlimited down the block for a better bang for your buck

I pick up orders at a lot of Jersey Mike’s. This is by far the worst location and it’s consistently the worst. The manager on duty obviously doesn’t know what he’s doing. There’s always a line of people waiting to pick up to go orders and deliveries as he constantly just makes orders for people walking in. What is the purpose of ordering ahead if you have to get there and wait for your sandwich to come down the line anyway, you could show up order and still get your sandwich before somebody that placed an order for pick up that was 10 minutes earlier. If you arrive early, he’ll tell you That you’re early for your pick up and then by the time you get it it’s 10 minutes past your pick up time if you’re lucky most times it’s 15 to 20. The rest of the staff shows more urgency than he does.
