This kFc was very rude to my wife at the drive thru. The person that was working at the window cursed at my wife after telling her to go home. All she was waiting to ask if we could have some ketchup. My kids was in the car and unfortunately she was driving. I wish it was me in the driver seat . Never the less he’s rude disrespectful and should be fired at the least. I’ll definitely let the entire 2500 people at my company know to stay away from this KFC and all others . Now I’ll be calling my lawyers. They need to teach there employees how to treat people.

This was a disappointment
I was craving some tasty KFC that I didn't have in a while. So I went in and found the place was a mess. I wanted a good meal so I got a number 9 chicken burger, fries and nuggets. I got my food, the nuggets were bland and barely warm. The fries were soggy, and the sandwich was dry. Genuinely one of the worst meals I've ever had at KFC. It was like something out of the great depression and restaurant overall fit the part with workers looking like they had just come home from the trenches.
Overall If I could describe my sheer amount of disappointment in sometime other than words it would be that of the painting "That's Life" by Simon Houlton.
Don't come to this KFC.

Rude is all I can say. I'm almost positive his name tag said manager on it. He absolutely should not be doing this job. From what I've read in the other comments I am not the only one saying this.

I received a completely different order and the manager working at 740pm on Sunday was rude, disrespectful, implied I lied, threaten me and wanted me to come to the store to fight him. What a total embarrassment as a representative of your corporation.
Just awful. We ordered online and got the wrong order. The manager said he is showing the receipt and it was correct. Online orders can be glitchy. Instead of trying to make it right, the manager called us liars and then threatened us with violence. What kind of people is KFC hiring? Apparently bottom of the barrel feral thugs. Disgusting behavior.

The atmosphere was clean and quiet. The food was cooked very well. Chicken was not very greasy and fresh. I was very happy with my order. Oh, the biscuit was soft and buttery. The drink station was kept clean. Pleasantly satisfied!

I will not be going back to this KFC. The gentleman at the window definitely tried to scam me. He wanted to charge me $56 for 2 8 piece tenders with fries!! I didn't even get drinks! Then he got an attitude because I asked how the food came up to the price he stated. With that said, Rockaway KFC is much better. Nobody tries to scam you out of your hard earned money.
