A very nice place to go with the family. The customer service is impeccable. Every time I order any type of food from the menu, they surprise me with their flavor. Definitely one of our favorite restaurants.

Charred personal pizza, eggplant la gratella had no flavor , large pile of breaded eggplant with some sauce & mozzarella thrown on top. Eggplant layers had no sauce or cheese in between

Catered a party here. The food was great and a good value. The delivery guy was right on time and set everything up. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Normally Gratella’s is decent and dependable. Last night though I placed an order for delivery, a large plain pie, meat lovers and we decided to try the chipotle chicken pie. Also, a large bottle of coke. The delivery guy showed up in a reasonable time frame. The bill was $75 and I tipped him $10. I realized when I brought the food in that he had forgotten the Coke. I ran out and he said nobody told him. I told him that it’s right here on the bill, go back and get or go buy a cold bottle with that $10 tip. Waiting for him, I opened the chipotle pizza. It did not smell right as soon as I opened it. I tasted it anyway and yes, pretty rancid. My son insisted on trying it, a 22 year old that eats everything and anything, one bite and he spit it out. I threw the whole pizza in the trash. I called to speak with the manager but the girl said he would call me back. Here it is the next day, still no call so now I am writing this review. The other 2 pizzas were nothing to brag about, usually much better quality. I am disappointed with Gratella’s and most likely will not use them again even though I have used them for a few years now. The soda did come and I did tell the kid to take responsibility for his actions, just like I thought his manager would. Well, at least the kid did.

We always love ordering from La Gratella. For big parties we like to order a tray of Cavatelli and Broccoli with chicken in their garlic sauce, it's absolutely delicious! Their lunch specials are also great, my favorite is the chicken francese sub!
