The TV was blasting. I ordered the Strawberry Balsamic Chicken Salad. It came to the table without the Chicken! My friend had boneless wings & they were ice cold. We were not given any utensils. It was awful.

El peor lugar. They always are play and talk and don’t pay attention to the costumer.
Paper receipt out on self order machine, no receipt for purchase which I had explain to the cashier to get my drink cup I paid for, nobody cares to change paper roll. Then went to get unsweetened ice tea, container was missing. Nobody cared to replace empty tea, so had to get water instead. Garbage on counter next to soft drink machine. Whoever the manager is on this Sunday 9/8/24 @ 5pm afternoon needs to find a new line of work.

Normal food and very poor service, an employee brought the food to the table and we informed that the glasses were missing, and he arrogantly said that he only had two hands... that's not how you respond to customers. We won't stop at this MCDONALDS anymore.

I asked for a sauce three times and never received anything. This is not the first time it happens over and over again. I don't care if I have to pay for sauce. If I'm ordering chicken nuggets then I would like my sauce obviously
