Totally based on what this is and not comparing to Capital Grille or something. I actually think the lower quality steaks are not quite as good as Longhorn Steakhouse, but that side of mac&cheese is a hidden gem. Even when you take it home and microwave it the next day, that M&C remains awesome.
For nostalgia, my wife insisted on getting the blooming onion, I would definitely skip it. I'm just not a fan of the bland taste and the texture of the batter. Still cool looking though.
UPDATED. My wife and I both got the prime rib asking for medium rare. Instead maybe a quarter of the slab was medium rare, then as you ate it, you realize that most of it was medium well or more cooked. The meat started out tender, then went to inedible rubber. Not sure how the meat was cooked or cut, but was a big disappointment. Lowered the rating by of that.

We haven't been to Outback since the Pandemic & after last night we'll never be going back! We were a party of 4 for my Husband's birthday. My Husband & 1 of our friends got the Prime Rib, both were 75% gross fat & the meat that was left was nasty & chewy. My other friend's Salmon was so overcooked it looked like a sole of a shoe. I got the pasta w/beef & shrimp in an Alfredo sauce, the beef was overcooked & the sauce tasted like it was from a jar. Even the salads were pathetic! Yuck. Plus, though the Waiter was friendly, he was rushing us the entire time even though the restaurant was empty! Obviously because they wanted to close even though it was 8pm! This location needs to either close or needs new Managerment.

Ate here tonight. Servers completely forgot my son's entree. really lackadaisical servers. Not once do they refill a drink unless asked. Was not even a busy night. Clearly it is being poorly managed. In years past, this place was well-run. No longer the case.

I had to ask for silverware, my server didn't notice that I didn't have any. I asked for my steak to be prepared medium, I had to send it back because it was rare. Once it came back out, it was fine.

Food was Luke warm when it came put, mashed potatoes seem cool and hard, broccoli was cool, steak was good, shrimp and scallops tasted good but on cool side. Had a great smoked old fashioned. Blooming onion was too oily. Lorenzo our waiter was superb!

This makes my second review on this particular location . We returned here after 2 yrs and it was great . The food was great service was great and atmosphere was great . Hopefully they have a fresh new group of employees for the last time we had great service as well however the night we ate their my spouses debit card was used by someone other than ourselves 1hr away from where we were . Needless to say the only time his debit card was used in the specific timeframe was at this location so we tracked it down to someone at this restraurant 2yrs prior . I did call and report it to the manager there . Needless my souses bank did reimburse him the amount the hacker had used it for . So I’m putting this out here so that everyone that sees this be careful with your debit card even when paying at a restaurant .
