Stopped in today and purchased a cobb salad with NO chicken and added avocado. I'm a vegetarian and was given a cobb salad with chicken and no avocado. Really DO better!!! I didn't check it until I got home.

Sadly the day we went they were short staffed. It took 45 mins to get our food and it really wasn't worth the price. Hardly no meat on the sandwich, no shipping sauce. The salad had very little chicken in it. Way to much for little food

This location has disappointed me repeatedly, and after this last experience I don’t understand how they are still in business. Not only was their system not working properly to the point that my order wasn’t even listed, there was a line of people waiting 45+ minutes for food, AND they were out of bread. How does Panera BREAD run out of bread? Ended up requesting a refund but not before being late to work as a result of their utter disfunction.
I should’ve crossed this place off my list already after finding a bee carcass in my salad once, and a hair in my soup soon after. I’ve only continued my patronage as there’s no other location nearby, but no longer. Strike 3, you’re out. Stay far, far away.

Went to get soup and ordered chicken and rice. Turns out it was a cream soup so they replaced a French onion. The girl scooped it into a bowl and didn’t put any cheese or bread or anything else. It was just broth with onions. I asked about adding cheese and the manager happened to come out and she made a bowl for me with cheese in a matter of 20 seconds but this time the cheese was Not the normal cheesy put on French onion soup, and it was not edible. I went back and tried the chicken noodle soup and I have to say that was disgusting too. Also, while we were waiting for our food for about 15 minutes, no one called our name and when I went up, soup was just sitting there ice cold. Me and the person I was with couldn’t eat any of our food so we paid 15 bucks to have a couple bites of the bread. The bread was good but the food stinks!

Dismal. They refused to take our order and insisted on making us use a kiosk for ordering. Then they refused to give us our coffee cup until they had made the order. Very weird place. I've been to so many Panera Bread locations and I've never seen them treat people like this. Especially the lady with the white gauges in her ears apparently doesn't believe in customer service at all because we saw her act this way with other guests as well. Regional management NEEDS to handle this place.
* Also their drink machine is out of order. ( But, who's surprised at a place like this.)
* Paid extra money for extra tuna on a tuna sandwich and there wasn't extra tuna.

I was here a little over a month ago and their ice machine was down. Today I returned and ice machine was still not working. I asked for ice from the staff, but when I tasted the Diet Pepsi something was off. Not sure what’s going on, but absolutely disappointed especially since they charge so much for drinks.

Very busy location, especially in the morning and late evening with a rush. The staff are very welcoming and courteous. I put no blame to the staff for the rushes that come into this location but be prepared to wait a little longer if you don’t like waiting.

Staff is very unprofessional! Waited 25 mins for my sandwich then I asked if there was cheese on it ( because I didn’t see any) the response from the lady was idk I didn’t make it ( with attitude) she then said again with attitude do you want me to make you another so I said yes waited again and it was wrong yet again! 13 dollars for a crappy sandwich with a side of attitude no thank you! Got a refund and will not be returning
Typical Panera bread. But the new cheesesteaks are very messy and greasy and not in a good way. Would not buy again.
