One of the servers brought the biscuits to the table. The server was super occupied socializing with other customers after bringing three biscuits to the table, and forgot to bring any beverages to the table. The same server who was socializing did not even bring any appetizers to the table!This was extremely disappointing!

Wow waiting time to be seated was 45 minutes and another 25 minutes for drinks ?? because the bar was backed up, and then another 25 minutes to get our meal ?️ the drinks was awesome:) and the food was great. But the wait was too long.
Parking: The parking is very convenient, lots of space.

I have dined at this location many many times over the past 40 years....they never took reservations.....we show up on Valentine's Day at 8pm, expecting a crowd......get told if we don't have a reservation....suddenly they a required, it will be a 90 minute wait......so seating around 9:30pm....food around 10pm....finish around 11pm.....Ridiculous, because suddenly after 40 years now you require a reservation.......BYE BYE

This Red Lobster is never super busy or loud when I go there so that's a plus. There were 6 of us + a baby and we had plenty of space. The service was decent but a little slow considering the place wasn't too busy.

This place sucks when you go in gave them your name they said 40 minutes wait no problem when your waiting over an hour and people come in and they seat them that’s a problem and they even have seated people before us we will not be back been waiting on our food for over a half hour now this place sucks we just got our meals and they suck don’t come here and for it being red lobster red lobster food went down hill or it could be this place no one cares about the food or their job if I could give 0 stars I would our food was cold

I walked Into nearly completely empty red lobster in Succasunna, New Jersey, at 1pm. I was greeted by an empty host station where I stood for 3 minutes. Finally, a young man said: “hey”. Not “good afternoon, sir” or, “welcome to Red Lobster”. I Politely requested a booth for my party of two. I was told he had a half- booth half-table available. We then proceeded to walk passed four open booths. No one approached my party for five minutes. We were finally able to order drinks And then waited for seven minutes! I watched the manager stop at four other tables that were occupied and inquired as to their dining experience. He walked directly past our table without a word. My friend and I got up and walked out with disgust. We then went to Mr. Krabby’s a few minutes down the road and Enjoyed a wonderful dining experience. Despite living in the area, I will never set foot in this red lobster ever again
