I get 12 box soft taco deluxe an tacos are great... service I go to drive thru and it was AI which completely f'ed up my order then person at window fixed everything (personally I think taco bell wasting money on AI) but still give human workers 5 stars an AI I give yeah not ready at all... an as for atmosphere it was great it was my car haha.

If I could leave a 0 review I would. Whoever works here is incompetent. How does a 40$ delivery get ordered and they forget to hand 80% of it to the Uber eats driver when they hand it to them. Should be a simple a task for anyone with half a brain. Guess that’s why they work at Taco Bell.

I just wanted to shout out the woman working the drive thru on Thanksgiving eve a few days ago, I think she said her name was Melissa or Marisa but it also could have been Amanda 😂 She was short with brown hair, don’t know if that’s helpful 🤷♀️ Anyway she was a super boss managing a crazy drive thru line and 6 employees in the kitchen while being sold out of several key ingredients. She offered me alternatives and I declined, but somehow magically ended up having nacho fries (something they were out of) in my bag when I left. I couldn’t give nearly as nice of a tip to the whole staff as I wanted, but I hope the fact that I gave something to all of them showed my appreciation for everyone there that night. The drive thru woman is an incredibly hard worker and I was impressed with her composure and kindness.

My family went to this location for dinner. As soon as we started our meal, we realized we were missing one of the menu items we ordered and had paid for. So we went up to the counter, and the person at the counter maintained that she had placed it in our bag. But we said that we honestly didn’t receive the item and to please check the camera if needed. She once again maintained that she was very sure that she placed it in our bag. It was quite insulting, and a very bad experience overall. It was my son’s 10th birthday and very unfortunate that we had to go through this; the unpleasantness and lack of understanding or empathy was quite blatant.
Anyone going to this location - please make sure to check that you receive your order completely before you step away.
This place is spotless! I have come here for years, a man named Michael has worked here for years & I watch him work & he takes such pride in his work & keeps it so clean!!I really hope his manager recognizes what an asset he really is. Any other fast food establishment is filthy. Not this place!! Please tell Michael how great he is & give him a raise!!

It feels weird to write a review about a fast food experience but this Taco Bell was legitimately an incredible experience. The food was better than any one I had been to and the service, especially the guy at the drive through, was one of the kindest and polite drive through workers I ever met. I have a place I intend to go to now from now on.

i love taco bell, and this one is closest to my house and the most convenient. ive never had an issue here, aside from them occasionally forgetting my drink (but thats easily remedied, ive worked in fast food, i know how it is) but the other day on my anniversary my partner and i wanted to get taco bell and see a movie. we always order through the app and do in store pick up, but despite the fact that we had ordered on mondays many times, it said the store was closed and our order couldnt be processed. we checked their hours on google and suddenly it said the store was only open 3 days a week where it had previously said 7 days, and now i check and it says its closed every day. this was my favorite location, what in the world is going on?
