I usually love Taco Bell. This place not so much. We ordered our food through the Drive Arthur. We got home and our whole meal was messed up. I was so mad, cause I was craving Taco Bell for weeks. Not going back there

I got the new street style chalupa which they should have named more like double stacked bread with 3 pieces of chicken because that is what it was. To call it a chalupa is a scam. And even if you go to taco bell don’t make the mistake of going to this location because they could not get one order right. I was excited to try the street style chalupa only for them to just give me dry chicken and bread. Waste of money, time and mood.

Honestly, couldn’t ask for better food. It’s genuinely changed my life. I’m gonna be a Taco Bell fan for life. Cheesy bean and rice burrito, chefs kiss. I don’t know how they’re able to create heavenly food within 5 minutes. I am eternally grateful. The only thing they’re missing is a few Michelin Stars.

I ordered fries through the drive thru. They were handed to me cold as ice. Stop leaving food out longer than you’re supposed to. Everyone needs to be retrained. Also the fries were just thrown in the bag upside down. This happened today 8/5/25 around 5:45. I drove all the way there for that.

Store is not Dasher friendly at all. They have a habit of telling Dashers that drove a long way that they are not making anymore orders for the night. They also have Dashers wait in parking lot while they make other orders for new customers while the Dashers orders are put on hold

Absolutely unacceptable. We waited over 10 minutes in the drive-thru only to receive half our order. Two of the main items we paid for were completely missing. What we did get was somehow even worse - soggy nacho fries, cheesy fiesta potatoes that were old and inedible, and chalupas that were practically empty with shells that were stale and tough.
When we went inside to ask (politely) about the missing items, we were met with eye rolls and attitude like we were the problem. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Taco Bell - old food, missing items, rude staff. I won’t be back, and I’d strongly advise others to avoid this location entirely.
These fuggin cheesy double beef burritos from Taco Bell in Succasunna NJ got me bricked up!!! My wife doesnt know it yet, but when she gets home im gonna put my hands on her!
