I was at the drive thru yesterday 12/12 to place my order. The person taking my order didn't catch the 1st part of the order, just the item I needed customized.
Michelle, who I eventually found out is the supervisor, was the one who took my payment and handed me my food. It was incorrect. After I told her what I initially ordered, she immediately had an insolent demeanor. She then handed the rest of my order and rudely told me how I need to place my order next time. I simply just replied "I did". She proceeded to raise her voice at me and started pointing at me like I was some kind of animal while repeating how I should order my food next time.
I will be reporting her behavior to corporate. Absolutely NO one should be talked or treated the way she did to me. To call herself a supervisor is an embarrassment. I am in retail and deal with customers all day long, and have been in the food industry so I wholeheartedly understand the business and dealing with the public. However she clearly doesn't and should just stay away from dealing with customers overall.

I got a combo meal with chicken McNuggets which came with a sauce. I like to have a honey mustard for my french fries and they told me it would be $0.37 more for the extra sauce. 😂 Plus with the combo meal which did include saucy McNuggets, they gave me one entire napkin. I've never seen a fast food restaurant do both of those things. If you're going to nickel and dime your customers, the fast food industry might not be for you. 😂

Food was decent staff was nice. Stopped here for breakfast and I got one of their breakfast burritos. It was cold when i got it. Cheese was not melted. It was also folded weird. Everything else was good though. Potato wedges were hot and the coffee was good. Food came out quick but I could have waited an extra minute or so so the burrito was hot.

Went to wendys for lunch today with my wife. I didn't know what I wanted so I got the chicken wrap. When I finished ordering our food it was $26 and I'm like for what? I didn't want everything large, only wanted both meal medium. They automatic put it to large. Usually the person always ask if you want to make it large! When we got out food. My wrap was a mess and not wrapped right. Their was no dressing to it and just not right. Don't believe we would go back to Wendy's for a long time. Also when we got to the window, I felt like we were rushed for no reason. They really don't have good customers service care there.

No one helps. They worried about online orders. I waited 26 minutes just to take my order. Self service maci es do nit work. Nasty people. Not clean at all. Food left on tables floor dirty. Bathroom is unbearable. Can't even sit if you wanted too. Never again. On main ave in Passaic
No free wifi even tho it's posted. One I f my potatoes was still frozen so procedure is not being taught here get better guys!

Nothing like going through the drive through and hearing 'mhm' when asking if they have something or confirming my order. Charges me for it, and literally steals my money not giving it to me. Can't even say it was busy - no one in front of me or behind. Food was definitely sitting out for dinner time.

Paid 38 dollars for a uber eats meal, paid extra few dollars for additional cheese on daves double burger. It came with no cheese on it and 1 piece of bacon instead of 3 that i also paid extra for. Terrible customer service, please hire people that speak english and know how to read. People pay a lot of money for this service and get garbage in return.
