Food was good. Lobby was clean. Ordered a bunch of food. So the new crispy chicken sandwich has honey mustard on it I wasn’t aware of that until after we left. That was disappointing because i dont like mustard! The chicken was good. But i didnt eat it due to the mustard. There is black mold in the ceilings by the soda machine that needs to be corrected ASAP!

This place hates dashers they would have an attitude when u ask about ur order , had to use the drive thru when I got to the microphone they told to go around the window and get the order , I walk up to the window and a young lady with an attitude told to do the line again in my car, worst place to eat and get orders from

Took them 20 minutes to serve me 5 sliders and fries. Restaurant was almost empty. Food certainly good but unless you happen to be close by, you probably want to go with frozen sliders from your grocery store of your choice. That seems to their overall strategy anyway as I haven’t seen a new White Castle restaurant opening up in decades.

I love white castle, but the people who work there aren't ever happy or enthusiastic about your dining in. No music at all and I know they have it but don't play anything it's like a morgue eating inside. When I asked about the 1921 burger the kids said he has never tried it, but he looked like he couldn't be bothered. Better off going through the drive lane and just eat in your car.

Sorry but this white castle has gone down hill. DEI here. Placed an order they screwed it up. The gave it back to me , screwed it up again , third try screwed it up again. I just ate what they gave me. The problem NO ONE SPOKE VERY GOOD ENGLISH. The staff was Ignorant, not customer focused. White castle chain is family owned. Come on!! You can do better.
