The drive-thru attitude isn’t great. The bagels are chewy and not warm or toasted. I’m always polite when ordering, and I’m usually there early in the morning around 7 a.m., but the person on the speaker can be kind of rude. The ladies at the window are friendly, though.

i lived next to this dunkin’ donuts for all 19 years of my life. up until i started going to high school here in 2021, the service has genuinely been so mediocre. and honestly? that’s an understatement.
do NOT go to this dunkin’ donuts. go to the one in glendora.
for instance, they went into a period of not calling out order numbers. waited almost 20 minutes for my friend’s drink. we go up to ask, tells her someone else took it and proceeded to explain how it was HER fault. i almost lost my mind.
they treat the high school kids here like garbage. they started locking the DOORS DURING OPENING HOURS. you think that being located next to a high school, WHICH IS YOUR MAIN SOURCE OF INCOME, you’d let them in. guess not and they just wanna miss out on a bunch of money.
because of this, i ordered for pickup and I COULDNT EVEN GO INSIDE TO GET MY ORDER. I had to WALK, yes, WALK through the drive thru to get my pickup order IN 20 DEGREE WEATHER FOR 15 MINUTES. a bunch of cars were behind me and when they saw me, they wouldn’t speak to me on the speaker. they were straight up ignoring me. because of that? lost a bunch of customers. cars were driving around me and leaving. i had to walk to the damn drive thru window to get my order. my PICK UP order. that is only when i finally got my order. i’ve genuinely never been so mad in my life. it’s ridiculous.
the food quality here isn’t even as good as it used to be either. please GO TO THE ONE IN GLENDORA. they are so much sweeter and their hash browns actually taste miles better, food tastes so much better, EVERYTHING IS BETTER for only an extra couple minute drive. not even CLOSE to 10 minutes.

I went in and bought a blueberry muffin. It was completely RAW! I thought it was weird that the worker went in the back to get it, instead of the case that is right out front. Total waste of money, I had to throw it out.

My drink was nasty. I didn’t get the donut I ordered. I ordered a croissant with butter spread and HALF of the croissant had cream cheese on it like they used the wrong knife and were too lazy to warm up a new one.

Horrible service @ this location, not the first time. Ordered online and was told I couldn't pick up @ window and my order wasn't ready. Went in store, still waited 15 minutes. I went home ( 3 minutes away) and everything was cold! The time stamp on receipt said 11:43, I wasn't handed my order until 12:00. They were rude the whole entire time.

I ordered a raisin bagel in the driveway through before work. I tried to eat it, it was so tough and stale that I couldn't even bite it. I didnt have time to go back and had to throw it out

Most of the time you get stale Donuts they've been sitting for hours or all day or two days I don't know not only that there's hardly a variety to choose from years ago Dunkin' Donuts used to be a great place to get a variety of donuts but not anymore poor service sometimes you have to wait for a long time when there's nobody there also can't understand the people that work there many times mistakes are made because they don't understand what I'm saying of course I certainly don't blame them but I think the corporate office Dunkin' Donuts should train their employees on customer service and to also make sure that they Donuts are plentifully stocked and they're not stale
