I order a plain bagel toasted with sausage egg and cheese It was so gross Cheese want melted it was cold and the bagel was even toasted. I also ordered an ice coffee and it’s not what I ordered it taste like a black coffee

Most of the time you get stale Donuts they've been sitting for hours or all day or two days I don't know not only that there's hardly a variety to choose from years ago Dunkin' Donuts used to be a great place to get a variety of donuts but not anymore poor service sometimes you have to wait for a long time when there's nobody there also can't understand the people that work there many times mistakes are made because they don't understand what I'm saying of course I certainly don't blame them but I think the corporate office Dunkin' Donuts should train their employees on customer service and to also make sure that they Donuts are plentifully stocked and they're not stale

please please please start ordering kore Boston cream donuts!! I have For a month now been trying to order Boston cream donuts a half dozen I tried to order them around the same time 2 PM every day and they are always out. I could understand if I was ordering them at 8 o’clock at night, but the day isn’t even halfway done when I try to order them, and not once in the four times each week for a month I’ve tried to order Boston cream donuts. Have they had more than one or two it most available. Please start ordering more Boston cream donuts since they seem to be the most popular ones it would make sense to order more of them and have more on hand at least for , more than half the day thank you

The worst place ever. They treated my 16 year old son like a criminal and caught an attitude with him because the mobile app wasn’t working for him to pay. Not only did you give my son an attitude, you gave him a crappy drink. And they double charged my account. Don’t work at a customer service place if you have a nasty attitude and don’t have patience. It’s not his fault the mobile app wasn’t working
