The worst place ever. They treated my 16 year old son like a criminal and caught an attitude with him because the mobile app wasn’t working for him to pay. Not only did you give my son an attitude, you gave him a crappy drink. And they double charged my account. Don’t work at a customer service place if you have a nasty attitude and don’t have patience. It’s not his fault the mobile app wasn’t working

The customer service is the worst. They gave me ice coffee instead hot. The lady caught an attitude. She told me I had to reach in the window to get my order because she didn’t want reach that far. The bagel are hard every time I order them. The food and the service is becoming out of control.

The food and drink were good but the customer service is horrible. I expect when entering an establishment for the employees to acknowledge you but there were no words spoken, which kind of sadden/angered me (only stayed due to my daughter wanted to eat there) but I expected this type of behavior from some people due to its the world that we live in. While sitting there waiting on my order, a Caucasian man walks in only to hear the female employee acknowledge him with a smile (are you kidding me). Going forward, I know my worth and will do business elsewhere.
I door dash Iced lattes often from work in brooklawn and when im home from this store. No one ever makes it right from runnemede. They probably pre- fill the steel pitcher with excessive espresso shots and use it from there instead of doing it the right way. My lattes are always bitter with maybe more than one or two espresso shots and i can never taste the flavor or milk. I stopped ordering from this location and its a shame on how many times i have had to throw it doen the drain.

GUYS I FINALLY WENT BACK AGAIN. Got my order wrong. BUT THEY SAVED ME FROM SPENDING 5$ on a plain bagel with cream cheese. This place is a joke. Repeat my order back and rush me out of the cue. All just to mess it up: again.
Unfortunate it’s so close to my house. Every time I go through it’s a gamble if my order is going to be correct. I don’t do a ton of customisations. Carmel iced coffee oat milk and 2 sweet n lows. REALLY NOT THAT HARD. I usually get the bacon topped avocado TOAST. Well today…. I guess toast means plains sour dough and no bacon. I can live with out the bacon. ITS AVOCADO TOAST. TOAST! It’s not even toast… it’s a piece of bread with avocado on it. This may be a first world problem. DOESNT mean I didn’t pay them for wrong items. Come on guys!

I appreciated the convenience of the drive-through, but the menu board visibility was challenging due to steam covering it all, in a sunny day at 9:00 AM. Additionally, water dripping on the windshield was a minor inconvenience. Overall, the service was quick and friendly. However, However, there’s a difference in how customers are addressed – one used a casual term, “Body”, while the other addressed me as Sir, which felt more professional. Most likely you should request napkins as you won’t have it if you don’t ask for it.
