The food and drink were good but the customer service is horrible. I expect when entering an establishment for the employees to acknowledge you but there were no words spoken, which kind of sadden/angered me (only stayed due to my daughter wanted to eat there) but I expected this type of behavior from some people due to its the world that we live in. While sitting there waiting on my order, a Caucasian man walks in only to hear the female employee acknowledge him with a smile...

I appreciated the convenience of the drive-through, but the menu board visibility was challenging due to steam covering it all, in a sunny day at 9:00 AM. Additionally, water dripping on the windshield was a minor inconvenience. Overall, the service was quick and friendly. However, However, there’s a difference in how customers are addressed – one used a casual term, “Body”, while the other addressed me as Sir, which felt more professional. I'm here once a day, for the longest time I'd pull up and they tell me my order. I now use the app and pick up inside. I walk in every morning to Hi Glenn, bot a bad way to start every morning.
