Good Mexican food for a reasonable price, especially for the northeast! The free tortilla chips served as an appetizer had a great texture, with some refried beans and white cheese and served with fresh tasting salsa. They actually had queso blanco that was pretty tasty too, if not quite up to the standards of states like Texas. Service was excellent and the vibe was good, with some nice art on the wall.

Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options were solid, with some good opportunities for dishes served without meat (like the taco salad without chicken for example).

Everything we ever had from El tequila is fresh and very tasty, the chicken tacos are the best ive ever had, its a nice family place and they always get the takeout orders 100% right,

Visited this restaurant today for a quick bite to eat. It was not busy which made me weary however this place is a hidden gem! Very cozy atmosphere and the food was clean with great flavor! Also very authentic and our waitress was polite and attentive. A must if you are in the area!
