It was the best pizza I’ve ever had — thin, crispy, with a delicious and appetizing sauce. The woman at the counter was very friendly and sincere. I really liked it!

I get pizza wings sometimes a steak, but I love to get pizza when the older gentleman is there He makes the best pizza, there's an old lady there her pizza she makes is terrible , it's either not cooked enough or it's burnt, And if you tell her it's too burnt she'll say oh my customers love it like that, yeah right, I don't go there anymore, plus if you tell that old lady something's wrong with the food she gets upset and tells you go somewhere else, well I do write down the street great pizza there's two places One of them is gina's, pretty good pizza pretty good food all round and no attitude. I'll never go back to fratelli's again they lost a lot of business and they're still losing business oh well.

Wow! The food is really good! We ordered a med cheese pizza that was cooked perfect, a medium panzarotti deep fried that was a crispy golden brown, buffalo wings hot & spicy not over powering, it was cooked and flavored perfect you know when you can taste the flavor of the chicken the sweet & spicy, Texas burger cooked and seasoned perfectly, chicken pesto panini cooked perfectly & broccoli bites and again everything tasted amazing. I’m out of their delivery area but it’s well worth the drive. if your getting tired of your usual place definitely order from here.

Rude staff slow service and clearly playing favorites If you like being treated like an afterthought while your order collects dust this is your spot Otherwise steer clear Plenty of better pizza and better people out there

I should have just said no and gone to my usual place but I figured since a friend from this area a long time ago wanted to get food here, why not? I am only commenting on the entrée I got which was horrible. Got the chicken Franchise and the egg batter the chicken was cooked with had fallen off the chicken and was in clumps all over the meal. It looked like cheese curds. Way too much spice of oregano just doused on top of it also. This is not the way to make this dish. I was really disappointed and threw half of it away because it was just that bad. Maybe they shouldn’t make these types of entrées if they don’t know how to. Stick to pizza, wings and steak sandwiches here, maybe. This is not a real Italian restaurant. After reading all the reviews I see this place has a major problem with the customer service here. The reply’s to all the negative reviews are only trying to cover their own ass and be rude to the customers. Not actually trying to fix the customers problem and treating them in this manner is not good business. They should be ashamed of themselves for the way they act here. Blaming the customer!!..SMDH 🤦🏼‍♀️

Worst place i have ever ordered from hands down. Ordered delivery and waited over an hour. The hoagies were terrible. Roast beef hoagie was over cooked,dry and flavorless with more roll then anything. Wawa makes a better hoagie. The nachos were a joke. Stale chips, spoiled sour cream, lettuce was a small wedge (not shredded), cheese tasted like cardboard, avacado wasn't ride so was hard, need i say more. I took a chance and ordered from here needless to say I won't be ordering from here again.

an old lady was yelling at little kids and i didn’t like how she spoke to the kids and had a really bad attitude and i don’t like to watch kids being yelled at for giving them business

Their pizza is phenominal in my opinion. Wings are good too. The only place I go to for Italian takeout.
