This place is just too expensive. $13 for a sandwich and $3 (!) for a bottle of water, then they stand over you so you hit the tip button, the minimum suggestion is 18%. And so, you’re spending $20 for a sandwich. Too much!

I ordered the veggie Diablo. There was 1 very thin piece of eggplant stuck to the roll . Tablespoon of spinach and 3 long hots that were sooo hot and loaded with seeds . I’ve had this sandwich numerous times . I know how it should have been made . I believe they were out of eggplant and scrounged up what they could ! This won’t happen again , I’m done with primos in Runnemede !!!

I’ve ordered from here a 3-4 times now. The sandwiches aren’t bad. Plenty of meat and toppings which is great. But I have yet to get a sandwich that wasn’t dry. Maybe their employees are afraid to overdo it and create a soggy roll leading to dry sandwiches? So close to being a solid sub that falls just short. Worth giving them a try though.

I haven't had Primo Hoagies in over 10 years because there unfortunately aren't any in my area.
I was in this area today and I had to stop in to see if they're still as good as I remember.
They definitely are.
Great quality seeded bread, excellent Thumann's cold cuts, and most importantly, for a true Italian sandwich, SHARP provolone.
Lettuce, tomato, onions and banana peppers with oil and vinegar, and you have an amazing sandwich that everyone should experience.
Now if only one would open up closer to me...

I had a hoagie and it was horrible thick cut meat which I never use to get in the past and a steal roll but the original primo in south philly still makes the best hoagie around but many primo franchises give primo a bad name because Richie the owner takes pride in the way he make a hoagie and makes sure it's always fresh so it's ashame but that's what happens when you franchise out your business. totally not worth it.

Absolutely delicious hoagies! They are better than JJ's, Jersey Mike's, WaWa or ShopRite hands down!

They mess up our order almost every time we used to order from here. The orders aren’t even close to what we wanted. Last time I’ll ever eat primos because my incorrect order gave me explosive diarrhea. My wife’s job used to order from here all the time too but they messed up their orders literally every time. I don’t understand how you can suck so bad at the easiest job ever. It’s literally spelled out for you as to what exactly goes on a hoagie. A honest mistake is forgivable. You’ll obviously just don’t get a flying french toast about your jobs.
PRIMO'S has the BEST hoagies, hands down! The pricing is pretty steep, but you could almost make another sandwich with the amount of meat they pile into the roll (and the roll is what makes the sandwich, for sure!) 👍
