They mess up our order almost every time we used to order from here. The orders aren’t even close to what we wanted. Last time I’ll ever eat primos because my incorrect order gave me explosive diarrhea. My wife’s job used to order from here all the time too but they messed up their orders literally every time. I don’t understand how you can suck so bad at the easiest job ever. It’s literally spelled out for you as to what exactly goes on a hoagie. A honest mistake is forgivable. You’ll obviously just don’t get a flying french toast about your jobs.

PRIMO'S has the BEST hoagies, hands down! The pricing is pretty steep, but you could almost make another sandwich with the amount of meat they pile into the roll (and the roll is what makes the sandwich, for sure!) 👍

Not sure of other Primos, but sandwiches have gone downhill. Very small and skimpy. Highly disappointed

I work in the same plaza as Primos and always got excellent service and sandwiches. Last 2 times were not good at all. Last time I ordered sandwiches it took 45 minutes and sandwiches were both wrong. Sent an email to primos directly with no reply. Had to wait til I was done work to eat my sandwich which was now cold...chicken parm. On the wrong roll and not cut in half as requested. Since new owner took over has been a total shit show. Going back to my old reliable ..Marinos !!

Chicken not cooked, still rubbery and disgusting. If you want people paying $20 dollars for a sandwich then you need to finish cooking it and not rush to get it over with. Never again

Hoagies are always amazing and the staff are always very friendly! Got a Big T Diablo and a Roast beef and cheese hoagies and it hit the spot! Nothing beats a fresh seeded roll packed with lunch meat and everything else you ask for on it. Food and staff 10/10!

I ordered a catering tray recently with a variety of sandwiches, condiments, and cookies. All were delicious. I wanted to use a Door Dash gift card which wasn't easy because the catering items aren't listed on the DD menu. The manager Nick helped me out. I was able to use the gift card, and he made sure my order was perfect.
