What a disappointment. I ordered 4 sandwiches and 3 of them came with ingredients I specifically opted out of. The 4th sandwich was missing several items. On top of that, the delivery took forever. When you pay and clearly customize your order, you expect it to be done correctly. This was my first time ordering from here and unfortunately it will also be my last.

Besides the obvious great burgers what impressed me the most is the work ethic of each and everyone i have encountered every time i have gone in followed up with the best of manners and politeness which is extremely hard to find these days smh most McDonald's employees dont want to grow they would rather fight you instead of making something wrong right. Thank you Smash Brothers you make Runnemed a little better not much but a little better, Glendora for life.

Large portions especially the loaded chicken. I got it with tots. The portal said my order was ready for pick up, it wasn't. As I waited there for 10 minutes I received a text that my order was delayed for another 20 minutes.. Furtunately the order came shortly after the text. Inside is just Spanish music with the staff speaking Spanish as well. Not very friendly.
I ordered the hot chicken sandwich absolutely horrible
it was a very extremely thinly sliced piece of chicken that was overcooked to the point where it has the texture of cardboard

that's exactly what I experienced
I took one bite and I couldn't chew it because it was so overcooked and dry wasted $12 on this absolutely horrible experience
This is the first time I ordered here And it will be the last because from reading the other negative review it doesn't seem like they care about the quality of food they put out or how they treat their customers

The buffalo chicken fries is my absolute favorite. The burgers are juicy and flavorful. The chicken tenders we a lil over cooked but still delicious.

I would love to give 5 stars but for some reason their cooks do not understand “no onions” and nobody is willing to teach them. It’s one thing when it’s a burger- it’s easier to pull them off. Decided to order a cheesesteak- my boyfriend ordered onions and extra cheese on his- I ordered no onions and regular cheese. They gave us both extra cheese and extra onions because this thing has more onions than meat in it. So now I’m cooking spaghetti for dinner because this was all I could stomach of this. It’s a shame because they used to be so good before they forgot what “no onions” means. The other night my mom bought the kids cheeseburger fries for dinner. She asked for no onions on all three orders. All three orders had onions. The kids all had to pick them out before getting bored with it and giving up on eating any of them. I think my days of ordering from this place are over, and it’s a shame because we used to love them!!! But they mess this one thing up every single time now!!! 😔

This place SUCKS. What is all the hype about people? Are standards really that low?
The wife and I were out and wanted to try it because it’s all over Facebook. With an open mind, we stopped in. I placed our order., she waited in the car. We got one small burger each and was told 15 minutes. I figured they were busy, so I was ok with waiting.
I waited in a tiny store shoulder to shoulder with the next guy ordering. We wanted a drink but they only have this goofy stuff nobody’s ever heard of. 20min go by and I ask where my food was. I’m told it’s coming off the grill now. 10 more minutes went by and I was ready to ask again, when they handed me my food. They offered me nothing for the extra wait time other than an apology.
I get to the car and we unpack our food. What we got is a disgrace! A tiny little burnt patty with two pickles, smothered in 1000 island dressing on a grocery store bought potato bun.
Are they for real? Obviously it’s all paid hype because I don’t believe there would be enough stupid people in this world to rave over this garbage. Couldn’t even taste the burnt burger, it was all dressing!
