I got to tell you Solo Pizza is the best pizza in Runnemede NJ I am so sad that they are closed but I really do wish the husband a well recovery I hope he is okay I am so sorry this happened to your husband I hope you guys are okay and everything is holding up take care and I hope your husband has a speedy recovery

WOW!! Finally some good pizza with FLAVOR! The sauce has a great garlic taste, and perfectly foldable pizza. Definitely made with love. The staff was very friendly, felt like I was walking in the door of a family member’s home, ordered a large plain pizza (18”) and it was made from scratch, and cooked all in about 10 minutes! Not the mention the cost is only $10.95!! Will definitely be coming back

Was craving a Sicilian pie, so figured I’d give Solo Pizza a shot. It was fantastic! I regret not getting pizza from here sooner.The crust was just the right thickness, crispy on the bottom and soft inside. I was able to pick up a slice by the edge and the crisp bottom supported everything….exactly how a Sicilian pizza should be. The sauce was excellent as well, not overly sweet like some other places in the area.The owners are super nice, you can tell they care about their business and customers. Very friendly, you’re not going to call or go there and be made to feel like you’re bothering them.Def my new go-to :-)

My husband wanted to try this place because their pizza prices were less than most. He got a tomato pie that he really enjoyed and he got a cheese pizza for me and the cheese was delicious. I don’t usually eat the crust, but even that was really good. We will definitely be ordering from them and likely making this our designated local pizza spot. Making me hungry just typing this ?

Solid slice! Best pizza for the price! no frills with an overly extensive menu. They have a consistent quality with the selection they have. No dining in, but the service is excellent as you will see Sall brought up in all the reviews. If you're in the area and haven't tried, you're missing out.

Super friendly staff on the phone & in person— felt like I was having a conversation with family! Called for pickup, and it was ready right when I was told. I got 2- 10” small pizzas- a pepperoni and a white with ricotta, mushrooms, and onions, both were absolutely delicious. Everything perfectly cooked, tons of flavor, & undercarriage cooked well enough to hold the toppings, but not burnt. Will definitely be back! Would’ve posted pictures but we ate too quick

I heard about this place and saw their great reviews so decided to give it a try. Definitely did not dissappoint!! The pizza is great, probably the best I've had in the area. Crust is thin and well cooked and just enough doughiness, not soft and gooey. Under carriage was excellent. Sauce was very tasty, not over powering or too sweet. Mozzarella cheese was of high quality and no shortage of it. Best part was the price....$10.95 for a XLarge. This will be our local pizza go to place going forward. You have to try it, you will not regret it!!!

I got a couple of pizzas to take over to Tonewood, first off very friendly place on the phone and in person. Pizzas were incredibly tasty, great dough & sauce and just really good pizzas. The Sicilian pizza pictured was especially delicious, 5 stars great pizza! Its a half hour away from me but I'm going to find reasons go get over that way and go back!

Out of the many places that offers pizza around New Jersey, Solo Pizza it's, without a doubt one of the best, if not the best with an authentic Italian flavor. The owner makes his own sauce, and you can really taste the fresh ingredients everytime. The crust is thin in the middle and doughy on the ends, (perfect combination) Let's just say I eat the whole slice from end to end. And the pie doesn't last that long; 3 people in my house, including a kid. If you don't get the hint, YES is that good that we eat the whole pie. The large is 18 inches, not your normal 16, and trust me 2 inches can makes a difference ??. The tiny place only offers few items; they do concentrate in pizza, and it shows; customers keep coming back, religiously. A small building, stands out by the color blue, drawing your attention to it. You really can't miss it. It's very small inside, enough to get in, get greeted by the lovely wife, get your pie and say your "I'll see you next week" and leave. The ovens and cooking station are right there to view, and the owner, Sal, a native from Naples, can be found cover in flour, creating a piece of art for you palate. They offer many toppings and the prices are very good. A large turnover is more like a large pizza fold in half. Delicious!! I used to order from another place near by, for many years, and the pizza will taste different every time but they tasted better than the places around Black Horse Pike, so I stuck with them. That was until I found Solo Pizza. I will never go back. Most pizza places has so many options in their menu it's hard to keep track on the main show; THE PIZZA. Hence, the name Solo Pizza means ONLY PIZZA; that's all they do!!! Between Sal's sauce and the fresh mozzarella cheese, everything he makes with it, transport you to Italy with every bite.

Looking for a local pizza spot that my toddlers will eat from... we've lived in several states and once they had NJ pizza (in Ocean City) they won't eat the chain stuff anymore.Needless to say, we picked up a few pies tonight, met the owners, chatted for a bit...and the kids LOVED it. Looks like we found our neighborhood spot!
