PSA ANNOUNCEMENT: I went into Bagel Bros Deli with a friend and ordered a lox bagel and a juice. The juice was labeled as unpasteurized, and I was warned about that at the time of purchase I acknowledge that. However, after drinking it, I became EXTREMELY SICK.
I’ve now been dealing with ENTEROINVASIVE E. coli, sapovirus, and C. bacter for almost two weeks. It’s been a horrible experience and has seriously affected my health.
I’m writing this review not to attack the store but to raise awareness: please be cautious if you choose to drink the unpasteurized juice sold here. BEST IF YOU DO NOT BUY It can make you very sick. I wish I had known just how risky it could be.

Says they open at 6am. Went to the store at 6am. Called the store and it rang over and over even though I was standing outside and could hear the phone ringing and I can see the gentleman inside. I called three more times and let it ring and eventually he answered the phone and told me they open at 6:30. Wasn’t even polite about it, sorry we are opening a little bit late today. Nothing like that was said, just very rudely said 630!

Walked in with my toddler and there were only 3 people either waiting for their food or to place an order. Not busy at all for 9:45am. I ordered a few items along with a bagel with cream cheese. The older woman who took my order asked if I wanted the bagel toasted; I said no because it was for my toddler daughter. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there for it being not busy.
Being it wasn’t busy I trusted I didn’t have to check my order so I left quickly. It wasn’t until I arrived to the park with my daughter that I saw her bagel was toasted & runny cream cheese, which makes it very messy for a young toddler.
It was my 1st time coming to this place but reading a lot of negative reviews about this place I’m not sure I would go back because it seems like customer service lacks severely as well as a QA check of your order.

Worst place in the area. Save your time and money and goto midland bagels or bagel house in Lodi. They do not listen to your order, they get upset if they have to remake it and remake it undercooked regardless of how you ordered it. Their comprehension problem is now yours if you come here.

Went there 15 minutes before 2 PM, when their hours both online and at the store indicated they would still be open, and they were already closed. I have a hard time trusting a company that can't even stay open when it says it will.

Was my first time visiting. The owner and staff were extremely nice and welcoming. My bagel was fresh and tasted amazing. The coffee was pretty decent and they have my preferred creamer… My kids loved their food as well, so that’s a big win for me. I will definitely be visiting this establishment more.
One of the best bagels you will ever have is in this little bagel spot you could drive right by. They understand what a bagel is supposed to be. Soft on the inside, well done on the outside.

Got an All American hoagie with extra mayo and cheddar. The bread was soft and easy to eat. Not too big, not too small. It was a very portion in my opinion. Give it a shot, basic menu items with unique twists.
