This place is terrible the older man prepping the bagel is using the same gloves to touch everything else never changed his gloves , the cashier lady kept asking me what I got what I got as I’m trying to explain to her she keeps cutting me off and saying was there anything on it well if you let me finish I’ll be able to tell you. We went paid for it , then she screamed I need to cancel I forgot the water . She didn’t just want to charge for the water stating we didn’t pay for it as we showed her it came off our account she continued to say no . I told her we would just leave the food then and she looked at me with a dirty face my husband paid for it again . We are waiting to see if we get refunded if not we will definitely be back for our money . I believe customer service is everything if she would of spoken nicer & wouldn’t have cut me off numerous times rushing me I would of been nice . I don’t like being rude but these people look soo miserable & are rude . I will never come back here for food again

This place is one of the few places that has blueberry muffins and they are delicious!!! Have been coming to this place for some time now and it is always delicious. They make juices which my kids love. Their portion sizes are on the large side. The staff are very kind.

I called in a order for pick up. as I was telling them what I wanted, the guy says “ why don’t you get everything on rolls being that you are asking all your bagels to be scooped” like wtf. I’m paying and I want what I Want. Don’t tell me how to order my food. Then my wife goes to pick it up and they gave the order to someone else and was confused about it and blamed us for it!! Never going there again. Unorganized and rude.

Bagels were just okay but the price is not worth it. Bought 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 drinks and it was almost $30! I can’t warrant spending that amount for unjustifiable sandwiches.

The women are so friendly here and the food was good. Best part is they have gluten free bagels! The only thing I would I was disappointment in was how small and thin the gluten free bagel was. If it was the same size as a regular bagel and not so sweet it would have been perfect! Still giving a 5 Star for the service and the flavor of the food was good. I need to mention Denise, who was so sweet and helped my daughter and I. I will go back again!

The place I get my bagels is closed on Mondays which doesn’t make sense it’s the start of the work week. So I went to Bagel Run got bagels and cream cheese for my family and they LOVED them!! Bagel Run gained a new CUSTOMER.

This is my first time coming here since I go to other places, but they are closed on a Monday so I decided to check this place out and I can say that their food is actually really good and fairly priced the customer service there is nothing but welcoming and Kindness. This isn’t a complaint, but I guess the only thing I could say is their bagels are a bit “doughy” so you kind of have to chew it a bit more than usual but other than that, they’re really good.

TEC with SPK, I give it a 5.2. The bagel was fluffy and slightly chewy with a small crunch on the bite. The largest issue with the sandwich is the fact they didn't cook the Taylor Ham long enough. Good ratio between cheese, egg, and Taylor Ham, but the Taylor Ham was undercooked, and the construction of the sandwich was all over the place. One bite had nothing but egg, one bite was all Taylor Ham. Charr on the Taylor Ham, and construct the sandwich better and it's pretty solid high 6's or low 7. Fresh squeezed juices were nice. The guava was good.
