Food & Service terrible. Ordered from here multiple times previous years but they've fell off COMPLETELY. There's never more than 2 staff working inside and their customer service is disgusting. Recently ordered 10 piece, hot, all flat, well done for my mom. Wings were definitely not well done, in fact they were very undercooked, almost looking not done at all. They had a bunch of feathers and hairs sticking out of them. Asked for all flats and received maybe 2/10. Wings had absolutely no sauce on them what so ever, maybe about 10% of sauce, they must've had a shortage on sauce idk. Overall 0/10, like i said they for surely fell off, the food never used to be like this. The manager doesn't care, so the employees definitely don't care. This location needs some work ... ALOT

First of all, we walked in and waited too long for someone to come take our order. 2nd the guy taking the order was nice but the other worker had an attitude. 3rd gave us the wrong chicken wrap!!! Very unpleasant experience

I don’t even know where to begin 10+ waiting for at least 20 minutes for food. I can’t believe I’m about to miss the canelo match because of this place. 40 minutes for 5 piece chicken wing is crazy in my opinion.

I called the location and the male answering the phone promptly hung up on me when I asked about a refund.
The only thing they got right was the 4 sauces. Never ordering from this place again.
