The chicken wings were tasty, but the front desk staff could be much friendlier. I've been here three times now, and unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently unpleasant. That’s enough for me—I want to enjoy my food with a better overall experience.
Never have I walked into a fast food restaurant and was greeted with such hospitality/respect. The young man Angel behind the counter deserves all praise for such good service. I hope his management appreciates his hard work.
Iv'e finally gotten around to trying BWW and I made on of the best decisions in my 59 years, of living in this town for 16 of them. The Food was very GOOD! My Cheeseburger was so juicey and my wings were cooked to a perfection, my wedges as well. All due to Eric, he took GREAT CARE of me from the very beginning. His Patience was totally unbelievable with me. He helped me through each moment being my first time ordering from there. I felt like I'VE known him for life.
