I went to this BK Location on 8/16/25 for lunch and it was probably my best Burger King experience! The facility itself was clean and well managed with friendly staff. I had ordered a chicken sandwich with fries and a lemonade. The chicken sandwich was spot on! The sandwich didn’t fall apart as it usually does and was very flavorful. The batch of fries I got were fresh and still hot to the touch! And the lemonade was the perfect balance of sweet and tart.

Well done, Burger King of Saddle Brook!

When I see advertisement on tv,Lettuce is abundant ang bright green.When I get my chicken sandwich, it has about 5 pieces of lettuce that looks like it was picked out of dumpster.Disgusting!

Line was extremely long, food made me sick and when I asked for a cup on the side for my child I was told I would have to pay for a cup smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ seriously your establishment is that in need of money? Food bothered mines and my children’s stomachs definitely won’t be back to this location.

The chicken sandwich had so much mayo it was disgusting I had to throw it out...and what happened to have it your way they did not follow my instructions for my burgers..not happy

The food came relatively quick but the y forgot one o the items I ordered. The reason for the low stars is because of the fact that when I called the number for the Saddle Brook store it kept going to a voicemail box that was full. I called many times and no one ever answered. It is frustrating when you purchased food and someone forgets to complete the order. Granted I should have checked my bag more thoroughly, but I also expect someone to answer the phone when I call. Not sure I would eat at that Birger King again.

Casher ripped me off and gave me the wrong food and refused to gave me a refund and all the food was burned i will never go back to this disgusting and rude burger king ever aging and this should be shut down

I’ve been going here all my life, this place has took a downward fall. The drive thru sucks so bad and was made so horribly that I scratched my rim here. Be careful using this drive thru and try to use the right one if you can. I am so upset that I went on a small little trip and ended up scratching my rim. The wait time for this drive thru is also too long. All I ordered was fries and chicken nuggets and it took 15 minutes because apparently the nuggets needed more time. New management sucks and the drive thru always manages to screw up some part of the order. I normally don’t write reviews but this place is actually unsustainable. Be careful and beware coming to this place.
