Hands down this is the best burger I have ever had. All my food that I ordered was hot and fresh! We had burgers, tots, fries and nuggets! Everything was delicious and the staff was very friendly! If I ever need or want a BK I'm coming back here to this location!

I was in the dining room on Saturday, December 30th at about 2pm. The entire staff did a great job dealing with a woman who had a problem with her sandwich and wanted everyone to know it. The staff graciously corrected the problem. My meal was fine. Kudos to your staff for a job well done. Your hardworking staff should be commended .

As much as they say, have it your way at Burger King.You pay extra and you still get a burger that looks regular.So it's not habitual way you have to fight for them to give you.What you paid for I wouldn't go again.

Love this Burger King 👑 — the food and service are great! My only complaint is that they use tap, unfiltered water for the soda. Every time I order a combo, I end up dumping the drink — it’s just not healthy!

I went to this BK Location on 8/16/25 for lunch and it was probably my best Burger King experience! The facility itself was clean and well managed with friendly staff. I had ordered a chicken sandwich with fries and a lemonade. The chicken sandwich was spot on! The sandwich didn’t fall apart as it usually does and was very flavorful. The batch of fries I got were fresh and still hot to the touch! And the lemonade was the perfect balance of sweet and tart.
Well done, Burger King of Saddle Brook!

I know is a fast food restaurant but being pleasant wouldn’t hurt no one.
When I see advertisement on tv,Lettuce is abundant ang bright green.When I get my chicken sandwich, it has about 5 pieces of lettuce that looks like it was picked out of dumpster.Disgusting!

Line was extremely long, food made me sick and when I asked for a cup on the side for my child I was told I would have to pay for a cup smh 🤦🏽♀️ seriously your establishment is that in need of money? Food bothered mines and my children’s stomachs definitely won’t be back to this location.

The chicken sandwich had so much mayo it was disgusting I had to throw it out...and what happened to have it your way they did not follow my instructions for my burgers..not happy
