I have never in my life walked into any building feeling so unbelievably disrespected for no reason. The workers at this location are another level…rude is the biggest understatement ever. I asked for an extra toasted grilled cheese so they gave me 2 cold pieces of bread with 2 cold slices of cheese in it. I asked for a drink and found snot in it…AFTER I drank the entire cup. Every time I go to this Dunkin’ I find workers either giving me dirty looks or messing up my order. Once or twice, okay, I get it—but every time?! I have had extended patience with these workers but I cross the line at finding biohazards in my drinks that I pay for. I’ve never said anything to anyone working there but ‘hello’, ‘please’, ‘thank you’, and ‘have a good day.’ Ridiculous and abominable

After waiting a long time for an iced coffee on the drive thru they hand it to me without a straw. Had to park the car to go inside to get the straw. Really an inconvenience and pointless to use the drive thru !

This used to be my go to Dunkin’ on the way to work in the mornings but lately things have changed in a very negative way. I come from the highway when coming to this establishment so it is hard for me to order ahead while driving but there was an instance about 3 weeks ago where the lady in the window yelled at me that I am causing “problems for everyone” when ordering so close to my pick up time. I understood this and tried to correct the problem to avoid any further conflict… with this being said, the lady in the window continued to make comments the following days rudely saying “Today was better timing” or things along those lines. This rubbed me the wrong way and made me feel so embarrassed. Despite this I continued to go to this Dunkin’ even though they were missing items from my order or not giving me cold foam or caramel (the way I ordered my latte). This morning though, I came through the drive thru after ordering at least 10 minutes prior and was met with blatant rudeness. The lady in the window might as well have just thrown my food into my car with the way she handed me my order. It makes me extremely upset to be put down by the employees of this establishment and I truly wish it wasn’t this way as I have been coming here nearly everyday for almost 2 years now. Unfortunately I will have to find a new Dunkin’ to go to. :(

Absolutely terrible experience at this Dunkin’. I waited an unreasonably long time for my coffee, only to witness one of the employees spit into it before handing it to me. Completely unacceptable and beyond unprofessional. This kind of behavior should never happen in a business, let alone a food service establishment. I’ve already contacted Dunkin’ corporate about this, and I hope they take action. Do better.
