If I could give A zero star I would! Not only is the customer service awful the food was ice cold! I received A free piece 8 nuggets which is listed the the attached photo! I noticed once I confirmed the order the free nuggets magically disappeared! Both Managers were extremely rude and kept talking over me after I continued to plea my case! Wouldn’t accommodate me in any way so I just paid for the nuggets anyway! I’ll never EVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION! Don’t waste your time! From now on I’ll go all the way to the Hackensack location where they value their customers and have patience!

Honestly, they make the worst chicken tenders. I couldn't even finish my meal. I bought the 5 piece chicken tender meal. The tenders were dark brown and solid as a rock. I threw it out. They didn't even offer to compensate me. This store is a bad image for KFC.

You should call ahead to see if they have any chicken, and I mean ANY!!! And nowhere do they tell you until after I order 2 buckets on the kiosk...... don't know their hours but here it is 8pm and they have no chicken?? That's like a gas station being open but not having gas!! Insane I tell ya
