The drive thru was quick when using the mobile app. This is a convenient location, right off route 46. I am not sure how your rate the atmosphere of a drive thru or service using a mobile app since that is self service. The food was hot and what I ordered was correct. My bag included a few napkins so I am not sure what other factors I can tell you other than it was quickly prepared.

For many years we've been choosing Wendy's over of McD or BK, because of taste. We visited this McD location now, and I was amazed with the food taste. The fries are tasty and crispy, the cheeseburger tasted awesome, and even coke tasted like real coke. In retrospect I can say the cheeseburgers are way worse in Wendy's, frys are not as tasty, and coke, as in many other places, is watered down with poorly tasting tap water. This McD place is my new favorite go to. And they even bring the food to your table (not a big deal, but a little more convenience). I just wasn't impressed with the convoluted self ordering system. And the paper straws GOT TO GO. I can't stand drinking through the sogging straws. There's more plastic in a cup and lid than 20 plastic straws. These paper straws are a nightmare and a complete mistake. I'm also not a fan of the new interior design of the place, grey and cold. Old McD had a much warmer atmosphere. But food is what counts most.

I just ordered a Big Mac online from McDonald's in Saddle Brook, NJ, but received a regular hamburger and a few fries. Frappuccino(the other part of my order) was correct, but the rest was a major letdown. Either blatant incompetence or staff messing around. Bottom line is I feel robbed since paid for Big Mac not some least expensive item they could find with small piece of meat and dry bread ... Very disappointed!

I order on the app and get three plain mcchickens and for some reason the app put two plain and one not plain. No big deal just ask them to change it. Except, whatever stupid manager was working that day decided to be a hardass about a MCCHICKEN and refused to change it. I can’t go again actually so disturbing they couldn’t just not make it plain. And his reasoning was even worse because he told my brother he won’t do it because he doesn’t like him? I’d understand if it was against the rules to fix the order but what kind of reasoning is that? What does him not liking my brother have to do with me? Such a weird interaction

This place idk what it is if it’s the workers who don’t u destined English or what every time I there’s always something missing in my order every time this place sucks and there isn’t a play area for kids so idk y they lying about the play area that’s BS. They need to get someone who understands English…….
I usually dont have much of an issue with this mcdonalds but last night me and my boyfriend both got the 5$ 20 pc nuggets and one of my literally tasted like a crushed up pill was in it i had to spit it out and wash my mouth out. The next day both of us have agonizing stomach aches. I have a 10 hour shift today and im in the bathroom every 15 mins. My boyfriend actually had to take off of work today because his stomach felt so horrible and hes glued the the toilet too. I guess its our fault for choosing mcdonalds as our dinner but with all these ecolli and listeria outbreaks happening im praying this mcdonalds isnt infected with it too now.
