The food itself is usually good; bagels are soft but have a nice chew, sandwiches are mostly well made even though it feels like you get shorted on proteins sometimes, but it's okay.

The biggest issue for me is that they make it difficult to actually order from them. They introduced an awesome online system a year or two ago that made the process fast and easy, but it is now offline the majority of the time with messages saying "the kitchen is closed", but when you go in the machine just isn't on. Also, don't bother calling because nobody will answer. Not everybody wants to just stand around waiting for an order when you have stuff to do.

We're from out of state and went there two days in a row. The sandwich, wrap, bagel, croissant, and muffin were so good!

stopped here real quick one day and got a bacon egg and cheese on a roll with an orange juice. it was delicious & a great size! i’d def recommend ?

I asked for a plain bagel with cream cheese add bacon. The girl at the counter said she can't do that, she has to ring it up as a bacon sandwich add cream cheese. I though weird not how that's normally done here but okay. I proceeded to pay and look at my receipt and the sandwich was $8.45. Why was this sandwich $8.45.
