The worker kept me on hold for 15 minutes just for them to not be doing anything when I got there. Was extremely rude about the delivery person leaving my food in the public lobby for someone to then open and touch. Asked for a refund and insisted he spoke with the owner and he can’t give me any refund even though he did credit it back in the end? Then said he doesn't care about my issue and I said you should care about who’s messing up your deliveries that’s business, and he said the owner doesn't even care either, so theres that. Ordered from here for 8+ years but I wont be ordering from this location again.

Slow as turtle service. They have a one man show handling phones, uber orders ane he is also the pizza maker. Is he the owner?surely they get enough business and can afford to hire help but no they want to be cheap. Negative stars for service. I'll stick to papa John's. Forget this pizza hut
