Saddle brook serves huge portions. My food was not bad, but it could have been a little better. The restaurant was full. I will try it again. My server was friendly as well. I can't remember her name.

Food is good but $4.50 for soda and you get a small cup because that’s the only cup they have ….

This place has an amazing menu. Service was great the staff had a smile on our faces. I live nearly 40 mins south but I'm actually so looking forward to being back again!

Awesome food and good service. Never had a visit where service, food or the atmosphere wasn't as good as the last.

This place deserves a zero, they stole my money and didn't let me eat, they kicked me out of the place because I refused to pay the dinner fee when it was actually lunchThe cashier told me that if she saw me eating dinner dishes they would charge me extra and I asked her how I would know which dish was dinner or lunch so she told me that there would be a sign; So there was no such sign, so I took a video and that's when the manager threatened to take me out of the place, so I called the police and they didn't give me money back or let me eat.

I’ve eaten here a few times. It’s standard diner fare at best. I wouldn’t rate it as one of the better ones. I once ate some turkey that was sitting out too long. I had a bad reaction. That was the only negative experience I had there, however the food is generally a bit better than mediocre. The service is usually good. I’d recommend the ChitChat Diner (Hackensack) up the road about a mile. Overall, it’s a better choice.Vegetarian options: Lots of salad choices exist, and non meat selections. I am also a vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: There are plenty of vegetarian choices available. The house salad is excellent.Parking: There’s a big parking lot in the rear of the diner with access via a rear door. There are no steps.Wheelchair accessibility: The rear door off the parking lot is on level ground with no steps. It makes the place easily accessible for mobility challenged folks.

Once use to be the best dinner around has fallen after new ownership. I've been a customer of SBD for25+ years. I keep finding myself giving the new ownership chance after chance, but every chance I'm more and more disappointed. Flavorless food that once tasted fantastic, smaller portions and now overpriced. After 25 year, I'm sad to say, I won't be going back. It's been fun SBD!

Wings were terrible. Like gyro king or gas station wings. Pancake and burger we’re big and normal tasting. Ordered takeout several times. Can’t speak for in house service so I’ll give a 5 .
