The space is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and a great atmosphere that’s perfect for any gathering. Eddy and his staff are so welcoming, professional, and attentive — you can tell they truly care about making every guest feel special. From start to finish, the team creates an amazing experience, and we can’t recommend them enough!

This place is a sleeper. I’ve dined here a few times now during my stays. The food is fantastic and quite reasonable. You will not walk away hungry. Compliments to the chef!
Also, compliments to Ed who runs the place. It’s quite obvious he takes great pride in what he does and works hard to ensure you have a great dining experience. He and his team’s service is hard to find anymore.

I recently stayed at the hotel after a long flight and had the pleasure of dining at the Skyview Restaurant for both dinner and breakfast.
Dinner was excellent – I ordered the steak, and it was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and truly hit the spot after a day of travel. Breakfast the next morning was just as impressive: perfectly prepared, with great coffee to start the day right.
A highlight of my visit was meeting Eddie Aziz, the Director of Food & Beverage. He’s a great guy and clearly passionate about ensuring guests have the best experience possible.
The hotel itself was comfortable, and the restaurant was top-notch. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area.

Went up for a couple beers and maybe food. The owner walked over and put a bowl of fresh soup in front of me with crackers and said enjoy. It was delicious. He came back and asked if I was going to eat at that point I said, of course do you have any specials that night was chicken Parmesan and I said That would be great. The chicken Parmesan was wonderful and the portion was way more than I could eat, he brought me the check a to go snack and a bottle of water. This level of caring for guests is very rare. I would definitely recommend visiting!

Had a great dinner and breakfast the next day. I spent the night at the hotel. The dinner meal was prepared very well. Eddie took very good care me during both of my meals. The salmon that I had for dinner was cooked well. My drink was mixed well. I wouldn’t hesitate to dine here again! I recommend that you stop by here for a special event, or just to see the nice views of the area while enjoying a cocktail, wine, or beer. They have it all!

Upon coming in to the Crown Plaza, we were welcomed by the gracious Erika, whose warm smile and friendly demeanor set a positive tone for the evening. Erika kindly directed us to the 12th floor where the Sky View Restaurant is located.
Once we made our way up to the Sky View, we were fortunate to be served by Eddie—without a doubt, one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time. His attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm elevated our experience to another level.
The chicken quesadilla was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. The menu definitely offers a diverse range of selections that catered to various palates.
As for the drinks—impeccable. The cocktail list was both creative and classic, offering something for everyone. The Skyview, old-fashioned, and lemon drop were perfect, each pour was well-balanced, you definitely get your monies worth.
Overall, Sky View delivers not only on ambiance and views, but also on exceptional service and quality food and drink. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-tier hospitality, good food, and great drinks.

I came for the view but stayed for the soup, pasta, quesadillas and the delicious salads! I’ve eaten at Sky View several times while in the area and each time I was met with terrific staff and great food! 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all around! Can’t wait til next time. Eddie you guys are amazing!
