It was nice there but I had more bread than meat I can't eat there anymore I gave them another chance because my daughter wanted food but no more I will not be back at least not for a sandwich.

New management is joke. Going in for just bread with 1/5th filling of what they show on pictures? This place does exactly to save lot of money. Slices are so thin that some time it is translucent (for example: cucumber). This mentality destroying business. Always remember (to owner) if customers are happy you got more business.

I ordered my food online. For some reason my address was changed to the house next to mine (I don't know how so I'm not really faulting subway for that) but when I called to fix the error, no one answered. Now I was panicking and did not know where the house was but I contacted the actual driver who fixed subways mistake. After receiving my food, my bread smelt weird to the point I no longer wished to eat it. Along with this, the chips and cookies I ordered tasted stale. The expiration date on the chips was far from the time I received it. After further investigation, I discovered that the chips smell got onto the bread making the sandwich taste weird. I am deeply disappointed with the saddle Brook subway location and product.

This Subway is under new management and the sandwich’s are made much better compared to the previous owner.. The workers listen very closely on what to put on the sandwich and are very respectful.

Customer service at Saddlebrook location is very poor spoke with the manager young guy today ask how do I use the 50% coupon from the app he’s like oh we don’t accept coupons very unprofessional very rude very passive don’t support this business. I was trying to inform him that !I had came last week and the guys stay in the coupon so how do you not accept a Web privately owned and we don’t accept coupons he was very rude with it and unprofessional. Don’t get this location business because they don’t value customers.

The ice machine was broken so had to eat my $15 sub with chip, with hot soda. The tomatoes where fresh and crispy but that something you learn to accept as a long time subway goer. The shop seem a but outdate but the sandwish maker was attentive to my order. Over all a 3.5 at best for experience and taste if food.
