Customer service at Saddlebrook location is very poor spoke with the manager young guy today ask how do I use the 50% coupon from the app he’s like oh we don’t accept coupons very unprofessional very rude very passive don’t support this business. I was trying to inform him that !I had came last week and the guys stay in the coupon so how do you not accept a Web privately owned and we don’t accept coupons he was very rude with it and unprofessional. Don’t get this location business because they don’t value customers.

As i walked through the door of subway i was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome into their store! Seriously amazing people that work there and i can’t get over how funny Chris and Hunter are! i would 1000% recommend this place if you want some great food with quick laugh or two :)

The ice machine was broken so had to eat my $15 sub with chip, with hot soda. The tomatoes where fresh and crispy but that something you learn to accept as a long time subway goer. The shop seem a but outdate but the sandwish maker was attentive to my order. Over all a 3.5 at best for experience and taste if food.

App says it’s a participating location for BOGO foot long. But this location won’t honour it. Employee was kind enough to explain but the app needs to fix this. Wasted an extra 20 mins because it’s misleading

Honestly what happened to Subway ! I don't feel it offers fresh ingredients like it promises ordered 2 foot long sandwiches through app felt stale cheap looked so much better fresher in pictures. Salad plastic like. Dry when toasted Franky yes they sometimes offer deals but quality went down !! For price many sandwich spots taste better fresher for same price. Like to see subway greatly improve!! Also many workers look unhappy and get your orders wrong.
