We had lunch outside - dining room is very noisy. Service was good and food looked and tasted good as well.

While the food is always fantastic there was a problem with the computers and we were left sitting at our table for over 20 minutes after finishing our meal with no one communicating with us. We had to find the waiter ourself and paid in cash Very disappointing. A better backup plan would be in order

We do enjoy this casual spot. Love the tuna tacos. And I cannot stop ordering that truffle Burger it's just too darn good! Service usually excellent they had a little bit of a hiccup yesterday but were very apologetic and gave us dessert and I will certainly not hold it against them!

So I was there for the first time the other day, I hadn't been there ever before because friends had been there previously and had said to us that they didn't enjoy it. I either have to get new friends or those friends must have been there a long time ago because we had a great meal the food was delicious, the service was great, and we got the sit outside on a beautiful day and enjoy our lunch. When inside to use the facilities and it seemed like the inside was very nice as well for the colder weather that's coming up on us!

I definitely go on to go back and try dinner. I've heard their bread service is insanely delicious..... And after looking at their website I think I may just have that!!!

So went back for dinner....and yes the bread service is insane! Guacamole was also good...but the bread was crazy good

We had the Asian noodles with chicken, chicken Milanese, and friends had the two specials.....all were great.

Desert was bread pudding and the creme brulee cheesecake. Both were awesome.

Food took overly long to arrive. Ordered a cheeseburger. Came with a glob of mustard on it. Fries were cold. Disappointed.

The food is reliably good, though it might be nice if the menu had new additions every now and then. A nice change was offering the Asian noodles with a choice of protein rather than just the beef. The only complaint with service was only 1 of our appetizers came out. It took a whil for the second one to come. Otherwise everything was fine.

Food and service were wonderful. We shared the tuna tacos +1 which we love. We both had the noodle bowls with steak. Very delicious and we're happy the portion was satisfactory as opposed to the last time we ordered this and we were not happy with the smaller portions. Dessert was delicious as well. We had a great night sitting outside and were lucky enough to have Ashley as our server. She is the best! The new manager, Corey, could not do enough to make sure our dinner was perfect. She is the best manager I've seen at this establishment. Very hands on and friendly! We will be back!

Great local brunch place that offers delicious breakfast/lunch menu, super friendly staff and small-town boutiq1ue cafe atmosphere. BYOB is a plus. Always a great time.

Just came here for the first time for breakfast. Atmosphere outside is beautiful. Service is outstanding as well. And to top it off, the food is even better. One of the better breakfast meals I have ever had. A great local hidden gem. Very fresh and flavorful. Perfect pear juice is to die for. Banana pancakes are delicious and the Saddle River breakfast sampler is so amazing. My only complaint, actually suggestion - the potatoes came with sauce on it and the menu did not say that. Other than that, will definitely keep coming back and spreading the word of this amazing restaurant. I will try dinner next here.

I have had the pleasure of eating here a few times now and it quickly became one of my favorite places to eat. I can say they are consistent and the food taste amazing, always fresh, great service. I would recommend to everyone.

So happy they have that fantastic outdoor dining space. Even my very picky virus worried relative approved. Had a lovely brunch.

Excellent food and service. A pleasurable dining experience close to home. The scaled-down menu is seasonal. It allows this eatery to produce consistent dishes. Saddle River Cafe is a local favorite.

We hadn’t been here in years and I’m glad we came back. I had the tuna app which was bite-sized deliciousness. I then went for the Miso salmon which was the best salmon I’ve ever had. Seriously. Our server was wonderful as well. She enthusiastically went through the menu and specials and she made our evening even better. (One of the people in our party has celiac, so she also patiently explained how most of the menu could be made gluten-free.) I know, that’s their job, but she did it with such kindness and enthusiasm it deserves a special mention. We’ll definitely go back.

Service and food excellent. My only wish is that they keep the lobster roll on the menu all year. Their lobster roll really quite good
