Food is always good when you pick up or dine in. However, their delivery is not up to par at all and will leave you waiting for almost 2 hours. If you go here, just pick it up, it'll be worth it.

I don’t know why the delivery takes so long. It’s really ridiculous especially when we are only a few miles away. They need to fix the delivery issue. They need more drivers or more cars I don’t know why. But for it to take over an hour to get a sandwich and fries is pretty ridiculous. I have given this place multiple chances. Ever since management changed a couple years ago it’s went downhill

I went in store and ordered takeout 2 small cheese steaks with mayo, an order of supreme fries, an order of meat lovers fries and a small American hoagie with a little oil. Nothing about my order was right. The cheese steaks had no mayo but we're overly loaded down with salt and pepper which I didn't ask for. The hoagie had way too much oil. The supreme fries are supposed to have chicken bacon cheddar cheese and mozzarella but had no cheddar cheese. And both orders of fries were burnt. And I was there for 30 minutes waiting for my food and they only had one pickup come in while I was there. There were no other customers and no deliveries went out. Bravos used to be an amazing place but not any more I will never go there again.Dietary restrictions: Way too much salt and pepper when none was asked for.

Ordered food at 4:53 still nothing at 6:40 called twice they said it’s on the way , called one more time and was told oh my computer messed up. We make it now, at this point I told them where they could put there order..contacted chow now and made sure my money was refunded..what a bunch of lies , not to mention $48 bucks for 2 dinners. Another reason to say no to a salem business… word of advice is to make a wrong a right ,and please learn how to speak English ..your bridge is now burnt and I will make sure people know about..

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! I am so sorry because I thought this was LIERALLY THE ONLY good place in Salem but I was WRONG. WRONG. My order was supposed to be here by 5:40. Its now 6:50 and nothing. We called the shop and its "on the way" 30 mins ago. Still waiting.Update: we got our order 2 HOURS LATER and the order was wrong. So disappointing. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! DON'T BOTHER

I had been to Bravo Pizza and Pasta years ago for lunch when I was passing through Salem, NJ and decided to have dinner before a Haunted Walking Tour of the Downtown with the Salem Historical Society. I ordered the lunch special which was a small Chicken Parmesan sandwich with a side of French Fries for $7.99. The small sandwich was the side of a regular sandwich anywhere else. The Chicken Parm hero was very good and made specially for me. The sauce could have used some more spices, but the quality of the sandwich was very good, and the bread was very fresh. The fries were made for me and were crisp and not greasy at all. As I was eating, some not too nice-looking patrons walked in to look me over and after sizing me up left through the back door. You need to watch yourself in Downtown Salem when you are eating here. It seemed to me that the owners knew what was going on. Strange place to eat but the food is very good.
Dont ever give them your card info, the steal it and charge it. Im in the process of dealing with my card info being stolen by bravos in salem nj.

I ordered there tonight and received frozen fries and pizza that also had hair in it! I called and asked to speak to management and was unable to so I was told I could get a refund and a completely new order which never happened! They then called me after I called yet again after an hour and a half of waiting for my new food and refund and was told I couldn’t get my $ back because there was a bite taken out from the pizza! WILL NEVER BE ORDERING FROM HERE EVER AGAIN! Terrible food and customer service!

Definitely better then Salem Pat's which is sad Pat's used to be great pizza in the 90's. Guses is really good but the prices have seriously went out of control. Bravo is damn good pizza in my opinion

I have waited two hours for my order that was not even delivered yet normally we have not had many problems with Bravos but lately the delivery is just bad. If I could give zero stars I would. "Edit Roads are not too bad Pats made it here no problem"
